fa بررسی علل ترس از زایمان در زنان باردار شهرکرد در سال 1392: یک گزارش کوتاه Investigating the Causes of Fear of Childbirth in Shahrekord Pregnant Women, in 2013: A Short Report زنان Gynecology توصيفي Description  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style='position:absoluteleft:0text-align:left margin-left:5.45ptmargin-top:2.2ptwidth:449.5ptheight:276.45ptz-index:-1' arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"/> </v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="371" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: بارداری حادثه بزرگ در زندگی زنان است که استرس زیادی بر مادر وارد می‌کند. ترس از زایمان یک مشکل شایع و یکی از عوامل پیشگویی کننده سزارین در زنان باردار می‌‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی علل ترس از زایمان در مادران باردار می‌پردازد.<o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه به صورت توصیفی مقطعی بر روی 130 مادر باردار مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهرکرد انجام گردید. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه ترس از زایمان بود. جهت آنالیز داده‌ها از آزمون‌های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (تی مستقل وضریب همبستگی پیرسون) استفاده شد.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد مهمترین علل ترس از زایمان در مادران باردار ترس از تزریقات دردناک حین زایمان بود. همچنین، میانگین نمره ترس از زایمان در زنان نخست‌زا بیشتر از زنان چندزا بود (001/0p<).<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اهمیت ترس از زایمان در افزایش سزارین لازم است دلایل این ترس توسط مسئولان بهداشتی مورد توجه قرار گیرد.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: ترس، زایمان، زنان باردار<o:p /> Background and Objective: Pregnancy is a major event in a woman's life that can bring a lot of stress for her. Fear of childbirth is a common problem for pregnant women. This fear can be a predictor of caesarean section in them. This study aimed to investigate the causes of fear of childbirth in pregnant women in Shahrekord.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: This descriptive-cross-sectional study was performed on 130 pregnant women referred to health centers in Shahrekord city. Fear of Childbirth Questionnaire was used to collect the data. For data analysis, it was used descriptive and analytical statistics (Pearson's correlation coefficient and t-test).<o:p /> Results: The results showed that, the main cause of fear of childbirth in pregnant women was fear of painful injections during labor.
