<span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:140%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.5pt"><span style="line-height:140%"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin"">تب دانگ، بیماری آربوویروسی است که توسط پشههای آئدس به انسان منتقل میشود و باعث ایجاد بیماری با شدتهای مختلف میگردد. متعاقب استقرار پشه آئدس در مناطق جنوبی و افزایش موارد بیماری تب دانگ در کشور، الزام فوری بر کنترل ناقلین این بیماری وجود دارد. پیدایش مقاومت به سموم حشرهکش در این گونه میتواند کنترل آن را با چالش روبرو نماید، بنابراین باید با اقدامات اصولی و مؤثرتری برنامههای مبارزه با ناقلین صورت گیرد. به علاوه باید در برنامه ریزیها، پایش مداوم مقاومت نیز صورت گیرد تا بتوان به طور دقیق و علمی، برنامههای مداخلهای را انجام داد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br>

Following the establishment of <i>Aedes </i>mosquitoes in southern regions and an increase in dengue cases in the country, there is an urgent need for control measures against the disease vectors. The emergence of insecticide resistance in this species could pose a challenge, thus requiring more effective strategies in the vector control program. Moreover, continuous monitoring of resistance should also be included in the planning of vector control programs to enable precise, scientific implementation of intervention strategies.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br>
