  Background and Objectives: The individual features affecting organizational entrepreneurship are features that exist in people as innate or acquired, which shift people towards entrepreneurial activities unconsciously or consciously. The ma i n objective of the present study was to identify the effective individual features on the organizational entrepreneurship in Iranian public hospitals and estimating their effectiveness on entrepreneurial activities.

  Materials and Methods: This descriptive research was done on 12 scientific pole hospitals in Iran. The statistical classified random sampling method was applied in which 500 of operational managers and experts including the supervisors, head nurses, nurses and the experts of official affairs who had at least a bachelor’s degree with three years of work history. Were selected for data collection, the standard questionnaire of Durham Entrepreunurship Center was used and methods such as factor analysis, path analysis and model fitness by means of SPSS and LISREL software were applied to analyze the data.

  Results: In the Exploratory factor analysis of the effective environmental component on organizational entrepreneurship the amount of KMO Index of individual features was 0.5 their p-value was under 0.05 and the total variance cover was 71.6 percent, which means the derivate organizational values were really suitable. The amounts of fitness accuracy of CFI, NFI, RFI, IFI,GFI and AGFI of this model were all less than 0.9 and the amount of RMSEA was 0.14 which was not suitable. Therefore, the theory of relationship between the individual features and organizational entrepreneurship was denied.

  Conclusion: The existence of selected individual features of this research, personality, cognitive and skill subdimensions in public hospitals in Iran was confirmed. However, these features are in such a way that do not aim to encourage and develop entrepreneurship in these hospitals.
