fa مطالعه همبستگی گروههای مختلف سنی بر نقش معیارهای عملکرد حرکتی و شاخص‌های آنتروپومتریک Studying the Correlation of Different Age Groups on the Role of Motional Control Standards and Anthropometric Indices تربيت بدني تربيت بدني پژوهشي Research  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style='position:absolute left:0text-align:leftmargin-left:2.45ptmargin-top:1.4ptwidth:449.5pt height:403.4ptz-index:-1' arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"/> </v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="540" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: سن با هماهنگی حرکتی در ارتباط می‌باشد و آگاهی از تفاوت‌های سنی در تشخیص تغییرات عملکرد در افراد، ضروری است. با وجود آن که در بسیاری از تحقیقات انجام شده در رابطه با اجرای معیارهای عملکرد حرکتی کلینیکی، تأثیر این تفاوت‌ها در اجرای آزمون‌های عملکردی و نیز ارتباط سن با شاخص‌های آنتروپومتریک بررسی شده‌اند، هنوز ارتباط این شاخص‌ها در مدل معادلات ساختاری مورد آزمون قرار نگرفته است. از این رو، در این مطالعه ارتباط میان معیارهای عملکرد حرکتی و شاخص‌های آنتروپومتریک و سن بررسی گردید.<o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه مقطعی با اندازه‌گیری‌های مکرر بر روی 133 شرکت کننده در دامنه سنی 59 -18 سال و با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انجام گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از اندازه‌گیری فاکتورهای آنتروپومتریک و ثبت مدت زمان اجرای آزمون‌های تعادل کلینیکی جمع‌آوری شدند. سه مدل به طور جداگانه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. جهت آنالیز داده‌ها از شیوه مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: سومین مدل، برازش خوب داده‌ها را بهتر از مدل‌های دیگر نشان داد (038/0=Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA)‌، 992/0‌=‌Comparative Fit Index (CFI) و مجذور کای نیز معنی‌دار نمی‌باشد (260/0‌=‌p). همچنین، در این مدل، ضریب استاندارد بین مسیر سن و اجرای آزمون‌های عملکردی (540/0) و مسیر سن و شاخص‌های آنتروپومتریک (340/0) معنی‌دار بود.<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: سن بر آزمون‌های تعادل کلینیکی و نیز بر شاخص‌های آنتروپومتریک مؤثر می‌باشد. بنابراین، ضروری است که در انجام تحقیقات تشخیصی کلینیکی در ارزیابی آسیب ورزشی مانند آسیب ورزشی ضربه به سر، شاخص سن به عنوان معیاری تأثیرگذار در مدت زمان اجرای آزمون‌ها در نظر گرفته شود.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: سن، معیارهای عملکرد حرکتی، شاخص آنتروپومتریک، مدل ساختاری<o:p /> Background and Objective: Age is related to motion coordination. It is necessary to distinguish age variations to recognize functional changes in human. The correlation between these indices has not been studied in structural equations model however, in much performed studies about performing clinical motion function standards, the effects of these variations have been studied to perform functional exams and also the correlation between age and anthropometric indices. Hence the correlation between motional function standard and anthropometric indices and age were investigated in this study.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed by multiple measurements on 133 participants aged 18- 59 years old and by available sampling method. The data were collected using anthropometric factors measuring and recording the duration of clinical balance tests performance. Three models were evaluated separately. The method of the structure equations modeling was used to analyze data.<o:p /> Results: The third model indicated suitable fitting of data better than the other models (RMSEA = 0.038, CFI = 0.992), X2 was not significant (p= 0.260). Also in the three models, standard coefficient were significant between the path way of functional tests performance and age (0.540), and between the path way of age and anthropometric indices (0.340). <o:p /> Conclusion: The age affects clinical balance test and anthropometric indices.
