fa تأثیر چهار هفته تمرینات دایره‌ای بر فیبرینوژن پلاسما در کشتی‌گیران Effect of 4 Weeks Circuit Training on Plasma Fibrinogen in Wrestlers تربيت بدني تربيت بدني پژوهشي Research  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style='position:absolute left:0text-align:leftmargin-left:2.45ptmargin-top:1.4ptwidth:449.5pt height:445.2ptz-index:-1' arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"/> </v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="595" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: یافته‌های علمی آغاز بروز عوامل خطرساز قلبی- ‌عروقی را از دوره کودکی به ویژه با ملاحظات تغییرات الگوی شاخص توده بدن و شیوه زندگی خاطرنشان می‌کنند. شواهدی وجود دارد که نشان می‌دهد برخی افراد علی رغم برخورداری از کلسترول طبیعی در لیپوپروتئین با چگالی بالا و لیپوپروتئین با چگالی پایین خون، همچنان مستعد به بیماری‌های قلبی‌عروقی هستند. از این رو برای شناسایی بالینی افرادی که در معرض خطر بیماری تصلب شرایین قلبی هستند، شاخص‌های حساس بالینی دیگری باید ارزیابی شوند. هدف از اجرای این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر چهار هفته تمرینات دایره‌ای بر فیبرینوژن پلاسما در کشتی‌گیران تمرین‌کرده می‌باشد. <o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه نیمه تجربی در سال 1390 بر روی 20 کشتی‌گیر آزادکار جوان خراسان رضوی (با میانگین سنی 7/19 سال و BMI 5/25 کیلو گرم بر متر مربع و با 3 تا 5 سال سابقه‌ کشتی) انجام شد. آزمودنی‌ها طی فراخوانی، به‌طور داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند؛ و به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل و تجربی تقسیم شدند. آزمودنی‌های گروه تجربی به مدت چهار هفته و هر هفته هشت جلسه (چهار روز در نوبت‌های صبح و عصر) تمرین داشتند؛ که در هر جلسه نصف زمان تمرین، به تمرین کشتی و نصف دیگر زمان جلسه به تمرین دایره‌ای با فنون کشتی اختصاص داشت. آزمودنی‌های گروه کنترل در مدت این چهار هفته هیچ‌گونه تمرینی انجام ندادند. میزان وزن، درصد چربی، BMIو فیبرینوژن آزمودنی‌ها قبل و بعد از تمرینات اندازه‌گیری شد. از آزمون‌های آماری t مستقل و t زوجی جهت مقایسه میانگین متغیرها استفاده گردید.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که در آزمودنی‌های گروه تجربی میزان درصد چربی ‌بدن (7% کاهش، 002/۰=p)، وزن (5/3% کاهش، 001/۰p<)، BMI (2% کاهش، 001/۰p<) و فیبرینوژن (8% کاهش، 014/۰=p) پس از چهار هفته تمرینات دایره‌ای به طور معناداری کاهش یافت. <o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: به طور کلّی چهار هفته تمرین دایره‌ای مبتنی بر فنون کشتی با کاهش معنادار فیبرینوژن پلاسما همراه است و به نظر می‌رسد کاهش درصد چربی‌ بدن آزمودنی‌ها که در این مطالعه مشهود است از دلایل مهم کاهش فیبرینوژن پلاسمای آزمودنی‌های گروه تجربی باشد که در نهایت منجر به کاهش خطر بروز بیماری عروق کرونر و در نهایت کاهش سکته‌های قلبی در ورزشکاران می‌شود.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: تمرین دایره‌ای، فیبرینوژن، کشتی، بیماری‌های قلبی- عروقی<o:p /> Background and Objective: Scientific findings are noted began occurrence of risk factors in childhood particularly concerned with changes in the pattern of body mass index (BMI) and lifestyle. Evidence suggests that some people, despite having normal cholesterol, high density lipoprotein (HDL) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) levels, are still prone to cardiovascular disease. However, those at risk for clinical detection of atherosclerotic heart disease (CHD) should be specifically evaluated for certain clinical indicators. The purpose of this study is to document the effect of a four weeks circuit training program on the level of plasma fibrinogen in trained wrestlers.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: This quasi-experimental study was performed on 20 young wrestlers from Khorasan (mean age 19.7 years, BMI 25.5 kg/m2 and 3 to 5 years experience in wrestling) in 2012. Subjects during the Calling, voluntarily chosen and randomly divided into control (n=10) and experimental (n=10) groups. Subjects of experimental group received eight sessions per week for four weeks (four days in the morning and evening shifts) were exercised that each training session was dedicated to wrestling and circuit training based on wrestling techniques. Subjects of control group did not perform any exercise in four weeks. Weight, body fat percentage, BMI and fibrinogen were measured before and after exercise. Independent two-sample t-test and paired t-test were used compare variable mean.<o:p /> Results: The Results showed that subjects of experimental group in the amount of body fat, (7% decrease p=0.002) weight (3.5% decrease p<0.001), BMI (2% decrease p<0.001), and fibrinogen (8% decrease p=0.014) significantly reduced after circuit training. <o:p /> Conclusion: Generally four-week circuit training based on wrestling techniques significantly reduced plasma fibrinogen and appears to reduce body fat percentage of subjects (which is evident in this study) is the reason for the decrease in plasma fibrinogen in experimental subjects which ultimately leads to reduced risk of coronary artery disease and ultimately reducing heart strokes in athletes.<o:p /> Key world: Circuit training, Fibrinogen, Wrestling, Coronary Artery Disease<o:p />   Funding: This research was funded by Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.<o:p /> Conflict of interest: None declared.<o:p /> Ethical approval: The Ethics Committee of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad approved the study<o:p />   How to cite this article: Kohandelan Y, Rashidlamir A, Ebrahimi atri A.
