آموزش عالی اطلاق می‌شود که در بستر فرهنگ حاکم بر محیط آموزشی‌، دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی و بدون آگاهی اعضای هیأت علمی و دانشجویان برای دانشجویان حاصل می‌شود</span><span dir="LTR"></span><span style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 130% font-family: 'B Nazanin' color: black ">های ضمنی و جو اجتماعی مراکز آموزشی است که نوشته نشده است ولی توسط همه احساس می‌شود. هدف این مطالعه، بررسی کیفی این font-family: 'B Nazanin' color: black "> این مطالعه یک تحقیق کیفی است که بر روی دانشجویان پزشکی و پیراپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جهرم انجام گردید. داده‌های پژوهش از طریق 5 گروه متمرکز و مصاحبه<span> </span>فردی (مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته بر روی 25 دانشجو) تا زمان اشباع داده‌ها انجام گردید و داده‌ها از طریق تحلیل محتوا مورد آنالیز قرار گرفت.<o:p /></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" تم استخراج گردید که هریک ساب‌تم‌های متعددی را به خود اختصاص دادند. از میان مضامین، عواملی چون دیدگاه‌های ارزشی اساتید، مدیریت خطاها، تعارضات فرهنگی و ارزشی، الگو بودن اساتید، تعامل و یادگیری و سپس تربیتی جهت دانشجویان به همراه داشته باشد. بنابراین، امروزه لازم است توجه خاصی به این بعد از برنامه درسی انجام شود تا زمینه تغییرات اساسی در زمینه آموزش دانشجویان در حیطه علوم پزشکی فراهم Data gattering was from focus group sessions(5 group, 4-6 member) mixed with individual interview (deep semi structured interview) on 25 students which continued to the point of data saturation.
