fa بررسی عفونت‌های قارچی اکتسابی از سه بیمارستان کرمان Study of Nosocomial Fungal Infections Acquired from Three Kerman Educational Hospitals آمار و اپيدميولوژي Statistics& Epidemiology پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: right "> gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style='position:absolute left:0text-align:leftmargin-left:2.45ptmargin-top:1.4ptwidth:449.5pt height:298.05ptz-index:-1' arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"/> </v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="399" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: اساس بیماری‌زایی قارچی مبنی بر قدرت تطابق قارچ با شرایط محیطی و مقاومت در برابر دفاع سلولی میزبان است. در این مطالعه، به بررسی فراوانی عفونت‌های قارچی اکتسابی از بیمارستان‌ها پرداخته شده است. <o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی برروی 180 بیمار بستری مشکوک به عفونت قارچی صورت گرفت. از نمونه‌ها به طور همزمان لام مستقیم و کشت جهت بررسی‌های قارچ‌شناسی و همچنین، با کمک روش‌های تشخیصی مانند کروم آگار کاندیدا و روش مولکولی RFLP– PCR گونه‌های مخمری کاندیدا، مورد شناسایی قرار گرفتند.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: از 134 مورد عفونت قارچی، 53 نمونه عفونی (5/39%) اکتسابی از بیمارستان و 81 نمونه عفونی ( 5/60%) اکتسابی از جامعه، گزارش شد. بیشترین شیوع عفونت بیمارستانی متعلق به بخش‌های ICU، می‌باشد. تنها عامل قارچی مسبب عفونت‌های نوزوکومیال در این مطالعه، جنس کاندیدا شناخته شد. <o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: تفاوت چشم‌گیر در فراوانی عفونت قارچی بیماستانی در بین بخش‌های بستری وجود دارد. با توجه به احتمال انتشارکلونیزاسیون‌های قارچی و سپتیسمی ناشی از قارچ‌ها، پیش آگهی ناشی از این عفونت‌ها، مراقبت از بیماران و درصورت نیاز درمان آن‌ها، گام مهمی در پیشگیری از خطرات احتمالی این عفونت‌ها می‌باشد.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: عفونت قارچی بیمارستانی، گونه‌های کاندیدا، RFLP– PCR<o:p /></div> <div style="text-align: left "><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify line-height: 150% background-image: initial background-attachment: initial background-origin: initial background-clip: initial background-color: white direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed background-position: initial initial background-repeat: initial initial ">Background and Objective: Fungal pathogenesis is based on the fungal compliance with environmental conditions and resistance to host cell defenseIn this study, the freguency of Nosocomial Fungal Infections in hospitals are discussed.<o:p /> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify line-height: 150% background-image: initial background-attachment: initial background-origin: initial background-clip: initial background-color: white direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed background-position: initial initial background-repeat: initial initial ">Materials and Methods :This descriptive study was performed on 180 patients with suspected fungal infections. Direct smear and culture samples were taken for mycology studies and simultaneously Candida species were identified by diagnostic methods, such as chromium agar and RFLP-PCR.<o:p /> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify line-height: 150% background-image: initial background-attachment: initial background-origin: initial background-clip: initial background-color: white vertical-align: top direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed background-position: initial initial background-repeat: initial initial ">Results: Out of 134 cases of fungal infections, 53 cases (39.5%) of nosocomial infection and 81 cases (60.5%) of community acquired infection had been reported. The most common nosocomial infection was in the ICU ward of Hospitals. The only major cause of nosocomial fungal infections in this study, was genus Candida.<o:p /> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify line-height: 150% background-image: initial background-attachment: initial background-origin: initial background-clip: initial background-color: white vertical-align: top direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed background-position: initial initial background-repeat: initial initial ">Conclusion: There are significant differences in ferguency of nosocomial infection among the wards.
