fa اثر لیزر کم توان در درمان التهاب فاسیای کف پا توانبخشي و فيزيوتراپي Rehabilitation پژوهشي Research <p align="right"> <strong> چکیده </strong></p><p align="right"> <strong> زمینه و هدف: </strong>فاسیای کف پا نقش بسیار مهمی در عملکرد پا دارد و سبب ایجاد قوس کف پا می ‌ شود. کشش طولانی بر روی این فاسیا سبب التهاب و درد در ناحیه پاشنه می ‌گردد. هدف از این مطالعه ، بررسی اثر لیزر کم‌توان در درمان التهاب فاسیای کف پا بود. </p><p align="right"> <strong> مواد و روش‌ها: </strong>این مطالعه به صورت کارآزمایی بالینی دو سوکور با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری متوالی از بهمن ماه 1388 تا دی ماه 1389 در درمانگاه فیزیوتراپی فاطمیه (س) رفسنجان بر روی 50 بیمار مبتلا به التهاب فاسیای کف پا انجام شد. بیماران به طور تصادفی به دو گروه مساوی تقسیم گردیدند. دو روش تحقیق شامل لیزر کم‌توان و پلاسبو بود. شدت درد موضعی، درد انتشاری، حساسیت به لمس و درد صبحگاهی در جلسات اول، پنجم و دهم ارزیابی گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های آنالیز واریانس دو طرفه، توکی و مجذور کای استفاده شد. </p><p align="right"> <strong> یافته‌ها: </strong>یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که لیزر کم‌توان در کاهش شدت درد موضعی التهاب فاسیای کف پا به طور معنی‌داری مؤثر بوده است (000/0 p = ). اثر لیزر کم‌توان در کاهش درد انتشاری، حساسیت به لمس و درد صبحگاهی التهاب فاسیای کف پا در جلسه دهم معنی‌دار بود (000/0 p = ). </p><p align="right"> <strong> نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>از یافته‌های این مطالعه می توان نتیجه گرفت که لیزر می‌تواند در کاهش درد موضعی، درد انتشاری، درد صبحگاهی و بهبود حساسیت به لمس التهاب فاسیای کف پا مؤثر باشد. </p><p align="right"> <strong> واژه‌های کلیدی: </strong>لیزر کم‌توان، التهاب فاسیای کف پا، درمان </p> <p> <strong> Background and Objectives: </strong>Plantar fasciitis has very important performance in function of the foot that this is which causes the arc of the foot. Long strech on this fascia causes inflammation and calcaneal pain. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of low power laser in the treatment of plantar fasciitis. </p><p> <strong> Materials and Methods: </strong>This study was a double blinded clinical trial conducted on a consecutively selected sample of 50 patients from 9 February 2010 to 11 January 2011 in Fattemieh Physiotherapy Clinic of Rafsanjan. Patients who were all suffering from plantar fascilitis were divided in two equal groups randomly. Two research methods were included: laser and placebo. Intensity of local pain, radicular pain, sensitivity to palpation and morning pain were assessed in 1^st, 5^th and 10^th sessions. For data analysis bilateral ANOVA, touky and X² were used. </p><p> <strong> Results: </strong>The results of this study showed that low power Laser has been significantly effective in reduction of local pain of the plantar fasciitis (p<0.0001).
