fa مطالعه ابعاد پاسخ‌گویی از دیدگاه پرسنل بیمارستان‌های آموزشی کشور مديريت و اطلاع رساني پزشكي مديريت و اطلاع رساني پزشكي پژوهشي Research <p align="right"> <strong> چکیده </strong></p><p align="right"> <strong> زمینه و هدف: </strong>پاسخ‌گویی واژه‌ای است که امروزه از لفظ تئوری باید به جنبه عملی مبدل شود. پاسخ‌گویی در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی جنبه حیاتی دارد به همین منظور، این مطالعه، با هدف بررسی ابعاد پاسخ‌گویی از دیدگاه پرسنل در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی کشور انجام شده است. </p><p align="right"> <strong> مواد و روش‌ها: </strong>این مطالعه مقطعی در نیمه دوم سال 1390 روی 580 نفر در 5 بیمارستان بزرگ آموزشی کشور در موقعیت‌های شرق، غرب، جنوب، مرکز و شمال کشور انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش نامه محقق ساخته روا و پایا شده، با 8 بعد و 31 گویه جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی (میانگین، درصد و انحراف معیار) و استنباطی (تی تست ، همبستگی پیرسون) تحلیل شده است. </p><p align="right"> <strong> یافته‌ها: </strong>آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون ارتباط بین تمام ابعاد را مثبت نشان داد. بعد سیاسی با بیشترین میانگین (77/0±68/3) به عنوان بارزترین مؤلفه و بعد فرهنگی با کمترین میانگین (37/1±22/2) کم‌اثرترین متغیر در بهبود پاسخ‌گویی بوده‌اند. در مجموع وضعیت پاسخ‌گویی بیمارستان‌های آموزشی ایران در حد متوسط به بالا با میانگین (68/0±01/3) بوده است. </p><p align="right"> <strong> نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>یافته‌های پژوهش، تأثیر 8 بعد معرفی شده را در پاسخ‌گویی بیمارستان‌ها مؤثر دانسته و پیشنهاد می‌کند که با تأسیس واحدی با همین نام و با کمک برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک مطابق با فرهنگ و جمعیت شناختی منطقه بهبود پاسخ‌گویی را در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی کشور پایه‌ریزی و تقویت نمایند. </p><p align="right"> <strong> واژه‌های کلیدی: </strong>پاسخ‌گویی ، ایران، آموزشی، بیمارستان </p> <p> <strong> Background and Objectives: </strong>Nowadays accountability is a word that should be convert from theoretical to practical. Accountability is a vital issue in educational hospitals . Therefore, this study examined the dimensions of accountability in the educational hospitals of Iran.<strong></strong> </p><p>  <strong>Materials and Methods </strong><strong>: </strong>This cross-sectional study was performed on 580 patients in the second half of 2011 in five large teaching hospital from the East , West , South , Central and North of Iran. The data were collected by reliable and valideted questionnaire with 31 items . Descriptive statistics presented by frequency, percent, means and standard deviation. Relationship between the variables were analyzed by t- test and Pearson correlation . </p><p>  <strong>Results </strong><strong>: </strong>In this study total number of the subjects were 580 cases that %45.3 of these were male and the rest were female. Most individuals (44.3%) were in the age group of 21-29 and 5% were in age group of less than 20 years of old. Pearson correlation test showed positive relationship between all the dimensions. The highest average was related to political dimension (3.68±0.77) which was identified as the most significant component and cultural demention with lowest average (2.22±1.37) had least effect in improving the accountability. In the view of the staff about accountability, Imam Reza hospital of Kermanshah had the highest accountability mean (3.31±0.72) and Imam Khomeini hospital of Tehran had the lowest accountability mean (2.53 ±0.51 ). Overall, Accountability status of educational hospitals were moderate with mean of 3.1 ±0.68 . </p><p>  <strong>Conclusion </strong>: Research findings showed that the introduced dimensions were effected on accountability.
