fa اعتبارسنجی نسخه ایرانی پرسش‌نامه عقاید مسئولیت‌پذیری در نوجوانان ایرانی Validation of the Persian Version of " Responsibility Beliefs Questionnaire" in Iranian Adolescents روانپزشكي Psychiatry پژوهشي Research  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style='position:absoluteleft:0text-align:leftmargin-left:2.45pt margin-top:3ptwidth:449.5ptheight:408.4ptz-index:-1' arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"/> </v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="547" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده <o:p /> زمینه و هدف: پژوهش‌ها از شیوع قابل توجه اختلال وسواسی- اجباری در دوران کودکی حکایت دارند. عقاید مسئولیت‌پذیری، ویژگی اصلی این اختلال است. نظر به شیوع این اختلال در کودکان و پیشبرد مطالعات در این حوزه، این پژوهش، با هدف بررسی اعتبارسنجی مقیاس عقاید مسئولیت اغراق شده در نوجوانان ایرانی صورت پذیرفت. <o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی (روانسنجی ابزار) 547 دانش‌آموز مقطع دبیرستان در دامنه سنی 18-15 سال با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای از بین مناطق چهارگانه آموزش و پرورش شهر شیراز انتخاب شدند و به نسخه فارسی مقیاس "عقاید مسئولیت‌پذیری اغراق شده" پاسخ دادند. داده‌های پژوهش با روش تحلیل عامل تأییدی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از این تحلیل، ساختار چهار عاملی پرسش‌نامه اصلی عقاید مسئولیت‌پذیری (4 خرده مقیاس بیش‌مسئولیت‌پذیری، بیش‌محافظت‌گری، مواجهه با قوانین سخت و غیرمنعطف، اقدام مسبب یا اثرگذار بر حادثه) در جمعیت نوجوانان ایرانی را مورد تأیید قرار داد که در تحلیل عاملی مرتبه دوم، سازه مسئولیت‌پذیری را تشکیل می‌دادند. همچنین اعتبار مرکب برای هر چهار عامل نیز در حد مطلوبی گزارش شد (60/0 تا 85/0).<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: این نتایج به طور کلی نشان می‌دهند که در مجموع مقیاس "عقاید مسئولیت‌پذیری اغراق شده" ساختاری مشابه نسخه اصلی آن دارد و سنجه‌ای معتبر و پایا از بررسی تجارب کودکی (که در نظریه Salkovskis با گسترش عقاید مسئولیت‌پذیری مرتبط است) را نشان می‌دهد. نسخه فارسی آن دارای ویژگی‌های روانسنجی قابل قبول برای استفاده در جمعیت کودکان و نوجوانان می‌باشد. البته انجام پژوهش‌های بیشتر برای تأیید این یافته در نمونه‌های بالینی ضروری است.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: اختلال وسواس- اجباری، مقیاس عقاید مسئولیت‌پذیری اغراق شده، تحلیل عامل تأییدی، ویژگی‌های روانسنجی، نوجوانان<o:p /> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify line-height: 150% background-image: initial background-attachment: initial background-origin: initial background-clip: initial background-color: white vertical-align: baseline direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed background-position: initial initial background-repeat: initial initial ">Background and Objective: Studies have indicated the high prevalence of Obsessive-Compulsive disorder in childhood period. Inflated responsibility beliefs are hypothesized to become a central feature of Obsessive-Compulsive disorder (OCD). Given the prevalence of this disorder among children and adolescents as well as further investigation in this field, the present study aimed to investigate the psychometric properties of a Persian version of Responsibility Beliefs scale. <o:p /> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify line-height: 150% background-image: initial background-attachment: initial background-origin: initial background-clip: initial background-color: white vertical-align: baseline direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed background-position: initial initial background-repeat: initial initial ">Materials and Methods: In this psychometric study, the Persian version of "Responsibility Beliefs Questionnaire" was completed by 547 15 to 18-year-old students in Shiraz city. Subjects were selected by multistage random cluster sampling data were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis.<o:p /> Results: In this study four-factor structure found in original scale, was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis representing heightened responsibility, Actions Caused/Actions Influenced, Rigid Rules and Overprotection Scales forming responsibility construct in second-order confirmatory factor analysis. In addition, results revealed satisfactory Composite Reliability Index (ranging from 0.60 to 0.85)<o:p /> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify line-height: 150% background-image: initial background-attachment: initial background-origin: initial background-clip: initial background-color: white vertical-align: baseline direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed background-position: initial initial background-repeat: initial initial ">Conclusions: These results support the reliability and validity of the Persian version of Responsibility Beliefs scale in Iranian adolescents and suggest that this scale may be useful for studying the etiology of inflated responsibility beliefs that are hypothesized to become central in order to development of OCD.
