fa تعیین روایی و پایایی پرسش‌نامه رفتار رانندگان اتوبوس شهر تهران در سال 1391: تحلیل عامل اکتشافی و تأییدی Determination of the Validity and Reliability of Bus Drivers' Behaviour Questionnaire in Tehran in 2012: Exploratory and Confirmatory Factor Analysis طب كار طب كار پژوهشي Research  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style='position:absoluteleft:0text-align:leftmargin-left:2.45pt margin-top:1.4ptwidth:449.5ptheight:357.75ptz-index:-1' arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"/> </v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="479" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: اکثر تصادفات می‌تواند به طور مستقیم به عوامل انسانی نسبت داده شوند. هدف از این پژوهش، تعیین روایی و پایایی پرسش‌نامه رفتار ناایمن رانندگان در شرکت اتوبوس‌رانی شهری است. <o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی بر روی 168 نفر (به منظور تحلیل عامل اکتشافی) و 161 نفر (به منظور تحلیل عامل تأییدی) از رانندگان اتوبوس شهر تهران انجام شده است. در این مطالعه، از روش نمونه‌برداری تصادفی طبقه‌ای برای انتخاب رانندگان استفاده گردید و تعداد نمونه‌ها بر اساس تعداد موارد پرسش‌نامه‌ انتخاب شدند. در مطالعه حاضر، موارد پرسش‌نامه رفتار ناایمن رانندگان اتوبوس بر اساس نسخه فارسی پرسش‌نامه رفتار ناایمن عموم رانندگان به دست آمد. برای تعیین فاکتورهای پرسش‌نامه از تحلیل عامل اکتشافی با روش استخراج عامل‌یابی محور اصلی و چرخش واریماکس و برای تأیید فاکتورها از تحلیل عامل تأییدی استفاده شد. برای انجام تحلیل عامل اکتشافی از آزمون‌های Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin، Bartlett و استخراج عامل‌ها و برای تحلیل عامل تأییدی از بارهای استاندارد، مقادیر t و برازش مدل استفاده شد.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل عامل اکتشافی، 4 عامل «تخلفات خطردار»، «خطای سهوی و لغزش»، «تخلفات بزرگراه» و «اشتباهات» را استخراج کرد. نتایج تحلیل عامل تأییدی نیز رابطه معنی‌دار بین متغیرهای آشکار (سؤالات) و سازه‌های نهفته (فاکتورها) را تأیید و نشان داد که ساختار 4 فاکتوری و 3 فاکتوری از برازش قابل قبولی در نمونه‌ها برخوردارند. <o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: پرسش‌نامه رفتار ناایمن رانندگان در بین رانندگان اتوبوس از روایی و پایایی مناسبی برخوردار است، بنابراین، استفاده از این ابزار در تحقیقات آینده مورد حمایت و قابل اعتماد است. <o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: روایی و پایایی، پرسش‌نامه، راننده، اتوبوس، تحلیل عاملی<o:p />     Background and Objective: Most accidents can be directly attributed to human factors. The aim of this study is to determine the validity and reliability of drivers aberrant behavior questionnaire in urban Bus Company. <o:p /> Materials and Methods: This descriptive study was performed on 168 subjects (in order to exploratory factor analysis) and 161 subjects (for the sake of confirmatory factor analysis) from bus drivers in Tehran city. In this study, method of random and stratified sampling were used for selection of drivers and the samples were selected based on the number of items on the questionnaire. In the present study, the items of aberrant drivers' behavior questionnaire obtained based on Persian version of unsafe behavior questionnaire of public drivers. For determination of the questionnaire factors and the confirmation exploratory factor analysis (with extraction method of principal axis factoring analysis and Varimax rotation) and confirmatory factor analysis were used, respectively. For the exploratory factor analysis, Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin and Bartlett tests and extraction factors and for the confirmatory factor analysis standard loads, t-values and fit model were used.<o:p /> Results: The results of the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) excluded four factors: risky violation, slip and lapse, highway violation and mistakes. The findings of the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) confirmed a significant relationship between the manifest variables (questions) and latent elements (factors) and showed that structures have an acceptable fit in the samples.<o:p /> Conclusion: Aberrant drivers' behavior questionnaire among bus drivers has suitable validity and reliability.
