fa بررسی آلودگی به کاندیدا آلبیکنس و عوامل مرتبط با آن در زنان مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز بهداشتی- درمانی شهر جیرفت در سال 1389: یک گزارش کوتاه The Prevalence of Candida Albicans Infection and Related Factors in Women Referring to Health Centers of Jiroft in 2010: A Short Report زنان Gynecology پژوهشي Research  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style='position:absolute left:0text-align:leftmargin-left:2.45ptmargin-top:1.4ptwidth:449.5pt height:374ptz-index:-1' arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"/> </v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="501" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: کاندیدا آلبیکنس یکی از شایع‌ترین علل واژینیت و از مهم‌ترین دلایل مراجعه زنان به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی می‌باشد. این مطالعه به منظور تعیین آلودگی به کاندیدا آلبیکنس و عوامل مرتبط با آن در زنان شهر جیرفت انجام گرفت.<o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه مقطعی در سال 1389 بر روی 350 نمونه صورت گرفت. پس از گرفتن شرح حال بیماران، سوابی از ترشحات واژینال بیماران تهیه و بلافاصله به محیط کشت نیکرسون (Nickerson) انتقال یافت. جهت تشخیص گونه‌های کاندیدا آلبیکنس از روش لوله زایا و مورفولوژی ماکروسکوپی و میکروسکوپی استفاده شد. در تجزیه و تحلیل‌های تک متغیره برای متغیرهای کیفی از آزمون‌های مجذور کای و دقیق فیشر و برای متغیرهای کمی از آزمون t مستقل و Mann - Whitney استفاده شد. سپس از مدل رگرسیون لجستیک (Logistic regression) برای ارزیابی اثر تطبیق داده شده متغیرها استفاده گردید.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار سنی نمونه‌های مورد بررسی 12/8±33/32 سال و شیوع کاندیدا آلبیکنس 05/0±71/29% مشاهده شد. خروجی رگرسیون لجستیک ارتباط مستقل و معنی‌داری بین میزان تحصیلات فرد (001/0p<)، میزان تحصیلات همسر (035/0=p) و شغل همسر (012/0=p) و روش پیشگیری از بارداری (001/0p<) و کاندیدیازیس نشان داد.<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: در این مطالعه شیوع کاندیدیازیس بر اساس کشت مثبت کاندیدا در ترشحات واژن، بالا بود و در گروه‌هایی از زنان با عوامل خطر خاص، بیشتر بود. دانستن این عوامل خطر می‌تواند در تشخیص و درمان زنان مبتلا، کمک‌کننده باشد.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: کاندیدیازیس، زنان، شیوع، واژینیت، جیرفت<o:p />       Background and Objective: Candida Albicans is one of the most common causes of vaginitis and an important cause of women’s visits to health centers. This study was aimed to determine the prevalence of Candida Albicans infection in women of Jiroft.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: This cross- sectional study was carried out in 2010 on 350 women. After taking the patient's history, swabs of patient's vaginal discharges were prepared and moved to Nickerson's medium immediately. For diagnosing Candida Albicans, germ-tube tests and macroscopic and microscopic morphology were used. In the univariate analysis, Chi-Square test, and Fisher's exact test were used for qualitative variables and independent t-test and Mann-Whitney for quantitative ones. Then the logistic regression model was used to assess the adjusted effect of the variables.<o:p /> Results: The mean age was 32.33±8.12 years and the prevalence of Candida Albicans was 29.71%±0.05. Logistic regression's model revealed independent and significant association between individual's education (p<0.001), husband's education (p=0.035) and husband's occupation (p=0.012), and method of contraception (p<0.001) and candidiasis.<o:p /> Conclusion: In this study, the prevalence of vaginal candidiasis based on positive culture of Candida, was high and higher in the group of women with certain risk factors.
