fa بررسی تغییرات شاخص تن‌سنجی و ترکیب بدن دانشجویان پزشکی ورودی 1391 دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان در پایان سال اول تحصیلی Survey of Anthropometric Indices and Body Composition Changes at the End of the Second Semester, among Medical Students Entranced at Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences in 2012 تغذيه تغذيه پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: مطالعات متعدد، وزن‌گیری در سال اول دانشجویی را گزارش نموده‌اند. هدف این مطالعه بررسی تغییرات شاخص تن‌سنجی و ترکیب بدن دانشجویان پزشکی ورودی 1391 دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان در پایان سال اول تحصیلی بود. <o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه طولی، کلیه دانشجویان رشته پزشکی ورودی سال 1391 به تعداد نفر 73به روش سرشماری مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. برای هر دانشجو پرسش‌نامه فردی تکمیل گردید. سپس اندازه‌گیری‌های تن‌سنجی شامل قد و دور کمر با استفاده از متر نواری و برای اندازه‌گیری وزن و ترکیب بدن از دستگاه امپدانس بیوالکتریک Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) استفاده و اندازه گیریها در سه مرحله‌ ورود، پایان ترم اول و ترم دوم اانجام شد. آنالیز داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری‌های مکرر و آزمون دقیق فیشر انجام شد.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد در پایان مطالعه به استثنای درصد چربی، سایر متغیرها دست‌خوش کاهش شدند. اختلاف بین اندازه‌گیری‌های تن‌سنجی و ترکیب بدن در سه مقطع زمانی فقط در مورد دورکمر و درصد چربی بدن معنی‌دار بود (به ترتیب 044/0=p و 033/0=p). مقایسه متغیرهای دورکمر، نمایه توده بدن و همچنین درصد چربی بدن در دو جنس در زمان ورود و پایان مطالعه اختلاف آماری معنی‌داری نشان نداد . در پایان مطالعه درصد چاقی بر حسب درصد چربی نسبت به شاخص توده بدن و دورکمر کمتر بود (به ترتیب 2/10%، 22% و 3/15%)، همچنین کم وزنی نیز با معیار درصد چربی نسبت به شاخص توده بدن کمتر مشاهده شد (2/10% در مقابل 7/23).<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد، در پایان مطالعه تغییرات در مورد درصد چربی و دور کمر دارای اختلاف آماری معنی‌دار است. از ابتدای ورود تا پایان مطالعه اختلاف آماری معنی‌دار در شیوع چاقی و کم وزنی بر حسب سه معیار درصد چربی، شاخص توده بدن و دورکمر مشاهده نشد. <o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: شاخص‌های تن‌سنجی، ترکیب بدن، دانشجویان پزشکی، آنالیز امپدانس بیوالکتریک Background and Objective: Many studies shown that students gain weight during their first educational year at college. The aim of this study was to detect the anthropometric indices and body composition changes among medical students entranced at Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: In this longitudinal study, samples were selected by census method (73 medical students) and assayed. Individual questionnaire was filled. Height and waist circumference were quantified by using a tape measure. Weight and body composition were measured by Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) in three different stage entrance, at the end of the first semester and at the end of the second semester. All data were analyzed by using repeated measures ANOVA and Fisher's exact test.<o:p /> Results: Findings showed that anthropometric indices and body composition changes at the end of the study, except the body fat percentage reduced compared to arrival time. Only the waist circumference and the body fat percentage were significantly different (p=0.044 and p=0.033, respectively). Comparison of anthropometric indices and body fat percentage according to the sex showed no significant difference at entrance time and end of study. Finally the percentage of overweight and obesity were based on body fat percentage lower than body mass index and waist circumference (respectively 10.2%, 22%, 15.3%.). Also with the same index underweight was lower than BMI category (10.2% vs 23.7%). <o:p /> Conclusion: At the end of the study, the changes in body fat percentage and waist circumference were statistically different.
