fa بررسی وضعیت و علل مصرف مشروبات الکلی: مطالعه موردی همه‌گیری مسمومیت مصرف الکل در رفسنجان: سال 1392 Survey the Status and Causes of Alcohol Consumption: A Case Study of the Epidemic Alcohol Poisoning in Rafsanjan in 2013 مديريت و اطلاع رساني پزشكي مديريت و اطلاع رساني پزشكي پژوهشي Research  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style='position:absoluteleft:0text-align:leftmargin-left:5.45pt margin-top:-.1ptwidth:449.5ptheight:310.25ptz-index:-1' arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"/> </v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="416" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" ><div style="text-align: right ">چکیده</div> زمینه و هدف: رفتارهای اجتماعی در ارتباط با متغیرهای متعددی شکل می‌گیرند. از این رو، سوء مصرف الکل به عنوان یک رفتار پرخطر را نمی‌توان جدای از نظام اقتصادی، فرهنگی و سیاسی دانست. هدف این مطالعه، بررسی علل مصرف مشروبات الکلی در شهرستان رفسنجان بود.<o:p /> مواد و روش‏ها: مطالعه حاضر به صورت گذشته نگر و تلفیقی در دو مرحله کمی ‌و کیفی انجام پذیرفت که شامل مطالعه میدانی همه گیرشناختی مصرف الکل و مصاحبه کیفی با خبرگان بود. در مرحله اول، اطلاعات 80 نفر از مراجعین به مراکز درمانی از طریق پرسشنامه به دست آمد و در مرحله دوم 24 نفر به عنوان نمونه مطالعه انتخاب شدند. در مرحله اول از شاخص‏های توصیفی و در مرحله دوم از روش تحلیل محتوایی برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‏ها استفاده شد.<o:p /> یافته‏ها: براساس نتایج کمی، همه مصرف کنندگان مرد بودند و 90 درصد، سابقه مصرف الکل داشتند. به علاوه 90 درصد از مسمومین، دلیل مصرف الکل را بیکاری و نداشتن سرگرمی ‌قلمداد کردند. نتایج کیفی نیز نشان داد در بعضی زیر‏گرو‏های جامعه، باورها و ارزش‏ها به سمت مادی گرایی و فردگرایی در حال تغییر است و شبکه‏های مجازی و ماهواره‏ها موجب تشدید بیشتر ضعف‏های اجتماعی شده است.<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: سوء مصرف الکل در جامعه مورد مطالعه به عنوان یک آسیب اجتماعی شناخته شد که دارای یک شبکه علیت پیچیده اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی است و عوارض امنیتی و سلامتی سنگینی برای جامعه دارد. در این راستا، اقدامات درمانی و انتظامی ‌در سطح فردی موثر نبوده و باید بر اقدامات اجتماعی پیشگیرانه تاکید گردد.<o:p /> <div style="text-align: right ">واژه‏های کلیدی: سلامت، امنیت، رفتارهای پرخطر، سوءمصرف مواد، مصرف الکل</div> Background and Objective: Social behaviors are influenced by several variables. Hence, alcohol abuse as a high risk behavior in society cannot be considered apart from the economic, cultural and political systems. The aim of the study was to survey the causes of alcohol consumption in Rafsanjan.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: It was a retrospective study that triangulated qualitative and quantitative findings of field studies on the epidemiology of alcohol poisoning and qualitative interviews with experts. In the first step, the 80 patients’ information obtained through the questionnaire and in the second step, 24 participants were selected as the study samples. In step one, descriptive statistics and in step two, thematic framework analysis was used to analyze the data.<o:p /> Results: Based on the quantitative results, all the drinkers were male and 90 percent had a background of alcohol abuse. In addition, 90 percent of them stated that because of unemployment and lack of entertainment, have consumed the alcohol. Also, the qualitative findings revealed that likely in a group of society, the beliefs and values of the society are changing towards materialism and individualism and virtual networks and satellites have caused that social disadvantages go further aggravated.<o:p /> Conclusion: Alcohol abuse in the studied population is a social harm that has a complex causal network of economic, social, cultural and severe health and security complications for the society.
