این کارآزمایی بالینی در سال 1391 بر روی 40 نوزاد نارس جدا شده از دستگاه تهویه مکانیکی
در بخش مراقبتهای ویژه نوزادان بیمارستان افضلیپور کرمان انجام شد. نوزادان به مدت
3 ساعت در دو وضعیت قرار داده شدند. درصد اشباع اکسیژن شریانی هر 15 دقیقه در برگه
چک لیست دو قسمتی ثبت شد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمونهای اندازهگیریهای مکرر و

توجه به یافتههای این مطالعه و بالاتر بودن میانگین درصد اشباع اکسیژن شریانی در
وضعیت دمر، در صورت عدم وجود ممنوعیت، پرستاران میتوانند با بکار گیری وضعیت
مناسب در نوزادان نارس جدا شده از دستگاه تهویه مکانیکی، به بهبود اکسیژن رسانی در

carried out on 40 preterm infants who were weaned from mechanical ventilation
in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) of Afzalipour hospital of kerman.
Infants were placed for 3 hours in each state. Oxygen saturation were recorded
every 15 minutes<span> </span>in the two-part list.
Data were analyzed by using repeated measurements and paired t -test<o:p /></span></p>
