fa میزان آگاهی و عملکرد در خصوص مراقبت از خود در بیماران دیابتی شهر کرمانشاه در سال 1393: یک گزارش کوتاه Knowledge and Practice Level of Self-Directed Care among Diabetics in Kermanshah City in 2014: A Short Report غدد غدد كاربردي Applicable  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style='position:absoluteleft:0text-align:leftmargin-left:5.45pt margin-top:-.15ptwidth:449.5ptheight:286.15ptz-index:-1' arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"/> </v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="383" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: دیابت یک چالش پر‏اهمیت بهداشتی است. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان آگاهی و عملکرد در خصوص مراقبت از خود در بیماران دیابتی‏ انجام گرفت.<o:p /> مواد ‏و ‏روش‌ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی، مشخصات دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه آگاهی فرد از بیماری دیابت و عملکرد توسط بیماران تکمیل‏گردید. وضعیت خود‏مراقبتی بیماران با استفاده از آزمون‏های t-.test،2χ و رگرسیون لجستیک مورد تجزیه ‏و ‏تحلیل قرار گرفت. <o:p /> یافته‌ها: میانگین سنی 726 بیمار، 92/13±10/52 سال بود و 8/64% از افراد زن بودند. از نظر میزان آگاهی، عملکرد و خود‏مراقبتی 7/27% از شرکت‏کنندگان دارای میزان آگاهی کم، 5/74% دارای میزان عملکرد پایین و 8/69% از افراد نیز خود‌‏مراقبتی پایین داشتند. بین میزان آگاهی و عملکرد و تحصیلات ارتباط وجود داشت، بطوریکه با افزایش سطح‏تحصیلات میزان آگاهی و عملکرد نیز بیشتر می‏شد(01/0p=). <o:p /> نتیجه‏گیری: نتایج نشان‏دهنده میزان عملکرد و خودمراقبتی پایین در افراد می‏باشد، لذا برنامه‏های آموزشی خود‏مراقبتی بیشتر و تشخیص موانعی که مانع از تغییر رفتار می‏گردد، ضروری به‏نظر می‏رسد. <o:p /> واژه‏های کلیدی: آگاهی، عملکرد، خودمراقبتی، دیابت<o:p />  msW�d-pw�wFA'><o:p /> Background and Objective: Diabetes is an important challenge to health. This study was performed in order to determine the knowledge and practice level of self-directed care among patients.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, demographic questionnaires, knowledge and practice questionnaire were completed by patients. Self-care status of patients was analyzed using t-test, χ2 and logistic regression.<o:p /> Results: The mean age of the 726 patients was 52.10±13.92 years. Only 64.8% were women. In terms of knowledge, them and self-care, 27.7% of participants had low knowledge, 74.5% with low practice and 69.8% of them had low self-care.
