fa اپیدمیولوژی خودکشی و اقدام به آن در شهرستان‌های لارستان و گراش در سال‌های 1391-1387 Epidemiology of Suicide and Attempted Suicide in the Larestan and Gerash During 2008 to 2012 آمار و اپيدميولوژي Statistics& Epidemiology توصيفي Description زمینه و هدف: خودکشی یکی از مسایل مهم بهداشت عمومی می‌باشد، به طوری که سومین علت مرگ و میر در گروه سنی 34-15 سال می‌باشد. این مطالعه به منظور بررسی اپیدمیولوژی خودکشی و اقدام به آن در شهرستان‌های لارستان و گراش انجام شده است.<o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه به صورت مقطعی بر روی موارد خودکشی و اقدام به خودکشی در شهرستان‌های لارستان و گراش انجام گرفته است. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها چک لیست گزارش ماهانه برنامه پیش‌گیری از خودکشی بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی (آزمون مجذور کای و آزمون دقیق فیشر) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: به طور متوسط میزان بروز خودکشی در شهرستان‌های لارستان و گراش 35/2 در یک صد هزار نفر در سال بود. اغلب موارد خودکشی در متأهلین با فراوانی 14 نفر (9/51%) بود. شایع‌ترین روش خودکشی در زنان مصرف دارو (9/42%) و در مردان حلق آویز (75%) بود. در مقابل به طور متوسط میزان بروز اقدام به خودکشی 93/59 در یک صد هزار نفر در سال بود. اکثریت افراد اقدام‌کننده مجردین با فراوانی 350 نفر (8/50%) و در گروه سنی 29-20 سال با فراوانی 349 نفر (47%) بودند. شایع‌ترین روش اقدام در زنان (4/93%) و مردان (8/86%) مصرف دارو بود.<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: اگرچه یافته‌ها نشان‌دهنده بروز پایین خودکشی در شهرستان‌های لارستان و گراش می‌باشد، اما شایع‌ترین انگیزه جهت خودکشی بیماری جسمی یا روانی بوده است. لذا ضروری است که اقدامات لازم برای کاهش بروز این پدیده در جامعه به عمل آید.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: خودکشی، لارستان، گراش، اقدام به خودکشی<o:p />   Background and Objective: Suicide is an important public health problem so that it is the third cause of death in 15-34-year-old individuals. The aim of this study was to survey epidemiology of suicide and attempted suicide in Larestan and Gerash.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was carried out on suicides and attempted suicides in Larestan and Gerash during 2008 to 2012. Data were collected using monthly report checklist of suicide prevention program. Data were analyzed using descriptive methods and using chi-square or Fisher's exact tests.<o:p /> Results: The average rate of suicide was 2.35 per 100,000 populations in Larestan and Gerash. Most of the cases 14 (51.9%) were married. The most common method to commit suicide in women and men were drug abuse (42.9%) and hanging (75%),respectively. In contrast, the average rate of attempted suicide was 59.93 per 100,000 populations. Most of the cases were singles with a frequency of 350 (50.8%) and in age groups of 20-29 years with a frequency of 349 (47%). Drug abuse was the most common method of attempted suicide in women (93.4%) and men (86.8%).<o:p /> Conclusion: Although the results showed a low incidence of suicide in Larestan and Gerash, the most common motivation for suicide was either physical or mental illness.
