fa بررسی اثر انفوزیون وریدی لیدوکائین حین عمل بر میزان درد بعد از عمل جراحی لاپاراسکوپیک کوله سیستکتومی Survey of the Effect of Intraoperative Intravenous Lidocaine Infusion on Postoperative Pain in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy Surgery بيهوشي Anesthesiology مقاله مروري Review Article  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style='position:absoluteleft:0text-align:left margin-left:5.45ptmargin-top:-.15ptwidth:449.5ptheight:384.1ptz-index:-1' arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"/> </v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="514" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: علی‌رغم بکارگیری روش‌ها و داروهای جدید برای بی‌دردی پس از عمل، هنوز بسیاری از بیماران درد متوسط تا شدیدی را پس از جراحی تجربه می‌کنند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثر انفوزیون وریدی لیدوکائین حین عمل بر میزان درد بعد از عمل جراحی لاپاراسکوپیک کوله سیستکتومی می‌باشد.<o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: در این کارآزمایی بالینی دو سوکور،70 بیمار کاندید عمل جراحی لاپاراسکوپیک کوله سیستکتومی به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه 35 نفری تقسیم شدند. تحت شرایط یکسان در گروه مورد قبل از عمل، محلول لیدوکائین 2% با دوز 5/1 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم به صورت وریدی و سپس انفوزیون لیدوکائین 2% با دوز 2 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم در ساعت تجویز شد و در گروه شاهد به همان میزان از نرمال سالین استفاده شد. اطلاعات شامل فشارخون، ضربان قلب، میزان درد بر اساس Visual Analog Scale (VAS) جمع‌آوری گردید و داده‌ها با آزمون‌های Mann-Whitney U،t و Chi-square مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفتند.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: شدت درد بر اساس سنجش دیداری (VAS) بعد از هوشیاری در گروه مورد (88/2±25/1) نسبت به گروه شاهد (84/3±00/6) به صورت معناداری کمتر بود (001/0=p). همچنین، میزان مصرف مسکن پس از عمل به صورت شیاف یا تزریقی نیز در گروه مداخله نسبت به گروه شاهد کمتر بود (05/0p<).<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد تجویز وریدی لیدوکائین هنگام عمل جراحی لاپاراسکوپیک کوله سیستکتومی، شدت درد و میزان مصرف مسکن پس از عمل را کاهش می‌دهد.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: درد بعد از عمل جراحی، انفوزیون داخل وریدی، لیدوکائین، عمل جراحی لاپاراسکوپیک کوله سیستکتومی<o:p /> Background and Objective: Despite applying new drugs and techniques, many patients experience moderate to severe pain after surgery. Our goal in this study was to determine the effect of intravenous (IV) lidocaine infusion on postoperative pain in laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: In this double-blind clinical trial a total of 70 candidates for laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery were randomly selected and divided into two groups. With the same condition, in the case group before surgery , 1.5 mg/kg lidocaein 2% and then infusion of 2 mg/kg/h lidocaein 2% and the same volume of normal saline for control group was injected. Systolic and diastolic blood pressures, heart rate, analgesic score according to Visual Analog scale (VAS) were recorded and the data analyzed by mann-whitney and chi-square tests. <o:p /> Results: Pain intensity according to VAS after postoperation was significantly lower in case group( 1.25±2.88) by comparison with control (6.00±3.84), (p= 0.001).
