fa میزان رضایت دانشجویان هوشبری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان از رشته تحصیلی و دیدگاه آنها در مورد رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی در سال 1391 The Satisfaction Rate of the Anesthesia Students about their Educational Field and their Attitude Towards Future Job Perspectives in 2012 آموزش پزشكي آموزش پزشكي پژوهشي Research  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style='position:absolute left:0text-align:leftmargin-left:2.45ptmargin-top:1.4ptwidth:449.5pt height:407.9ptz-index:-1' arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"/> </v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="546" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: توجه به چگونگی تربیت نیروی انسانی جهت اداره و انجام خدمات بهداشتی- درمانی از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. بدین منظور، داشتن اطلاعات در مورد وضع موجود و نگرش دانشجویان ضروری است. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان رضایت‌ دانشجویان رشته هوشبری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان از رشته تحصیلی و دیدگاه آن‌ها در مورد رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی خود طراحی شد.<o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی، به روش سرشماری بر روی کلیه دانشجویان کارشناسی هوشبری که در سال 1391 مشغول به تحصیل بودند (109 نفر)، انجام شد. اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه پژوهشگر ساخته جمع‌آوری گردید. این پرسش‌نامه حاوی 7 سؤال دموگرافیک، 8 سؤال جهت سنجش میزان رضایت‌مندی و 9 سؤال برای بررسی دیدگاه دانشجویان در مورد رشته تحصیلی و 4 سؤال برای بررسی دیدگاهشان در مورد آینده شغلی بود. امتیاز 6/1 -0 به عنوان عدم رضایت، 4/2- 61/1 رضایت متوسط، 2/3-41/2 رضایت زیاد و 4- 21/3 رضایت خیلی زیاد در نظر گرفته شد. اطلاعات با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی، t مستقل و مجذور کای تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: رضایت‌مندی دانشجویان هوشبری از رشته تحصیلی با میانگین و انحراف معیار 63/0±33/2 در حد متوسط محاسبه گردید. اکثر دانشجویان (8/57%) عنوان کردند قبل از انتخاب رشته، شناخت کمی نسبت به این رشته داشته‌اند. نحوه تدریس دروس عملی و تئوری، ویژگی‌های فردی و شخصیتی اساتید و سطح علمی آن‌ها از نظر دانشجویان قابل‌قبول ذکر گردید. مهم‌ترین عواملی که موجب نگرش مثبت دانشجویان نسبت به رشته تحصیلی بود به ترتیب عبارت بودند از؛ امکان خدمت به مردم و جامعه و موقعیت اجتماعی مناسب. <o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: رضایت دانشجویان هوشبری از رشته تحصیلی، نسبتاً خوب و نگرش آن‌ها مثبت است. افزایش امکانات و تجهیزات آموزشی، ارتقاء آگاهی آن‌ها نسبت به این رشته قبل از انتخاب و ایجاد شرایطی به منظور افزایش فرصت‌های شغلی در جهت افزایش میزان رضایت و علاقه به ادامه تحصیل در این رشته مؤثر خواهد بود. <o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: ادامه تحصیل، رضایت، هوشبری، رشته تحصیلی، دیدگاه<o:p /> Background and Objective: Training the future work force of the health and treatment system is a matter of the utmost importance. To this end, it is necessary to have enough information about the current situation of the students and find out about their attitudes towards their chosen fields. This study was conducted to determine the satisfaction rate of the anesthesia students about their field of study and their attitudes towards future job perspectives.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: 109 anesthesia students from Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences (RUMS) participated in this descriptive cross-sectional study in 2012. A researcher-made-questionnaire was used to obtain the following information: demographic information (7 items), satisfaction rate (8 items), survey the student's attitude about current chosen field (9 items) and survey about the future job perspective (4 items). Data were analyzed using independent t-test and Chi-square test.<o:p /> Results: The satisfaction rate was approximately medium (2.33±0.63).Only 57.8% of the students had little prior knowledge about their chosen major before going the university. They indicated a positive and acceptable attitude towards the theoretical and functional classes and also the personality and individual characteristics of their university lectuers. The most important factors leading them to choose their major were, helping people, their job managers, and promoting social status respectively.<o:p /> Conclusion: The satisfaction rate of the anesthesia students about their majors was almost good and their attitude was positive.
