fa بررسی میزان رضایت روستائیان بردسیر از عملکرد پزشک خانواده درسال 1392: یک گزارش کوتاه Study of Satisfaction Rate from Family Physician Performance in Rural Areas of Bardsir in 2013: A Short Report مديريت و اطلاع رساني پزشكي مديريت و اطلاع رساني پزشكي پژوهشي Research  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style='position:absolute left:0text-align:leftmargin-left:2.45ptmargin-top:1.4ptwidth:449.5pt height:338.05ptz-index:-1' arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"/> </v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="453" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: ارزیابی رضایت بیماران به موضوع مهمی در ارزشیابی خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی تبدیل شده و یکی از معیارهای بالا بودن کارایی ارائه دهندگان خدمات بهداشتی است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی میزان رضایت روستائیان از عملکرد برنامه پزشک خانواده انجام پذیرفته است. <o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع مقطعی بود که در سال 1392 در شهرستان بردسیر انجام پذیرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه روایی و پایایی سنجش میزان رضایت، برای 400 نفر نمونه که به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شده بودند جمع‌آوری و میزان رضایت در 8 حیطه بررسی شد. داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری t مستقل و ANOVA یک طرفه مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: از 400 نمونه مورد بررسی، 51% زن، 49% مرد، 78% متأهل و22% مجرد بودند. بیشترین و کمترین میزان رضایت‌ به ترتیب مربوط به حیطه‌های اعتماد و اعتقاد بیمار به عملکرد پزشک خانواده با میانگین 09/19 و زمان انتظار برای دریافت خدمات پزشک خانواده با میانگین 93/15 بود.<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به این که بالاترین سطح رضایت‌ مربوط به حیطه اعتماد و اعتقاد بیمار به عملکرد پزشک خانواده و کمترین سطح رضایت مربوط به زمان انتظار برای دریافت خدمات پزشک خانواده بود، می‌توان چنین نتیجه گرفت روستائیان بردسیر به طور کلی از عملکرد برنامه پزشک خانواده راضی هستند، اما مدیران و سیاست‌گذاران باید توجه ویژه‌ای به کمبودات و نواقص این طرح داشته باشند.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: رضایت‌، پزشک خانواده، عملکرد، روستا<o:p />   <span style="font-size: 10pt line-height: 150% background-image: initial background-attachment: initial background-origin: initial background-clip: initial background-color: rgb(250, 250, 250) background-position: initial initial background-repeat: initial initial ">  <span style="font-size: 10pt line-height: 150% background-image: initial background-attachment: initial background-origin: initial background-clip: initial background-color: white background-position: initial initial background-repeat: initial initial ">Background and Objective: Assessment of patients satisfaction has become an important issue in evaluation of health services and it is also one of the qualified criteria of performance of health services providers. The objective of this study was to investigate the villagers satisfaction from the family physician program.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: The present study was cross sectional which was carried out in Bardsir county in 2013. Data were collected by valid and reliable questionnaire to measure satisfaction within 8 different scope in 400 samples that were randomly selected. Data were analyzed by using independent t-test and ANOVA one-way.<o:p /> Results: From 400 studied samples, 51% were female 49% male, 22% single and 78% were married.The highest and lowest levels of satisfaction were related to trust and patients belife in family physician performance (19.09) and waiting time for services (15.93).<o:p /> Conclusion: According to this fact that the highest level of satisfaction was related to patient's trust and belief in family physician performance and the lowest one to waiting time for receiving family physician services، overall it is concluded that people are satisfied from family physician performance ،nevertheless policy makers and managers should pay special attention to the limitations and failures of the project.<o:p /> Key words: Satisfaction, Family physician, Performance, Rural<o:p />   Funding: This research was funded by Kerman University of Medical Sciences.<o:p /> Conflict of interest: None declared.<o:p /> Ethical approval: The Ethics Committee of Kerman University of Medical Sciences approved the study.<o:p />   How to cite this article: Khosravi S, Asadi L, Amiresmaeili M, Jafari Sirizi M, Mirzaei S, Khosravi Sh.
