fa کاربرد مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی در ارتقاء آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد مراجعین طرح غربالگری دیابت: یک کارآزمایی آموزشی The Applied of Health Belief Model in Knowledge, Attitude and Practice in People Referred for Diabetes Screening Program: An Educational Trial بهداشت Environmental Health پژوهشي Research  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style='position:absoluteleft:0text-align:left margin-left:5.45ptmargin-top:-.15ptwidth:449.5ptheight:386.45ptz-index:-1' arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"/> </v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="517" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده <o:p /> زمینه و هدف: دیابت نوعی بیماری مزمن است که می‌تواند باعث عوارض جدی در سیستم گردش خون، سیستم عصبی، کلیه‌ها، چشم‌ها و پاها شود و با درصد بالای ناتوانی و مرگ و میر همراه است. با توجه به عوارض و هزینه‌های اجتماعی و اقتصادی فراوان بیماری، غربالگری بیماری در سطح مراکز ارائه خدمات بهداشتی انجام می‌گیرد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی کارآیی مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی در ارتقاء آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد مراجعین طرح غربالگری دیابت در شهرستان سیرجان در سال 1392 انجام شد.<o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه به روش کارآزمایی آموزشی انجام شد. جمعیت مورد مطالعه، 80 نفر از افراد بالای 30 سال مراجعه کننده جهت غربالگری دیابت تحت پوشش مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهرستان سیرجان بودند، که به طور تصادفی به دو گروه مداخله (40 نفر) و کنترل (40 نفر) تقسیم شدند. مداخله آموزشی طی دو جلسه 60 دقیقه‌ای انجام شد. اطلاعات از طریق تکمیل پرسشنامه (حاوی 64 سئوال) طی مصاحبه مستقیم قبل از مداخله آموزشی و سه ماه بعد از آن، جمع‌آوری گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون مجذور کای، آزمون دقیق فیشر ، t مستقل و t زوجی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: پس از مداخله، نمرات آگاهی در هر دو گروه مداخله و شاهد افزایش یافت. این یافته به علت اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی معمول در آن مراکز بود. اما افزایش معنی‌داری در نگرش و عملکرد فقط در گروه مداخله مشاهده گردید. همچنین، منافع درک شده، موانع درک شده و راهنما برای عمل نیز پس از مداخله در گروه مداخله در مقایسه با گروه شاهد افزایش یافت (001/0p<). اما در گروه شاهد افزایشی نداشته و اختلاف معنی‌داری مشاهده نگردید. <o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی در آموزش افراد بالای 30 سال مراجعه کننده برای غربالگری دیابت مؤثر بود. بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌گردد در کنار روش‌های آموزش سنتی از مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی استفاده گردد.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: دیابت، مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی، آگاهی، نگرش، عملکرد<o:p />   Background and Objective: Diabetes is a chronic disease capable of causing serious complications affecting the circulatory and nervous systems, kidneys, eyes, and feet, and is associated with high rates of morbidity and mortality. Given the enormous economic and social burdens of diabetes, screening is performed in health care service centers.. This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the Health Belief Model (HBM) on, Knowledge, Attitude and Practice of people over 30 years old referred for diabetes screenings.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: This research was an educational trial study. Eighty people over 30 years old attending health centers in Sirjan town, were selected to participate in this study (40 in intervention group and 40 in control group). The intervention was conducted over two sessions in 60 minutes. Data were collected by a validated and reliable questionnaire (64 questions) before intervention and three months after that. Data was analyzed by chi-square, fisher's exact, paired t and independent t-tests.<o:p /> Results: After intervention, knowledge scores significantly increased in both intervention and control groups, which were probably due to the routine education program in that center. But significant increase in attitude and practice was only observed in the intervention group. Also perceived benefits, perceived barriers and cues to action significantly increased in the intervention group compared to the control group (p<0.001). But, there was not any significant difference in the control group.<o:p /> Conclusion: The Health Belief Model was effective in educating the people over 30 years old.
