fa کاربرد میکرو ذرات چیتوزان – تکنسیوم-99 در تصویربرداری ریه موش: یک گزارش کوتاه The Application of 99mTc-Chitosan Microparticles in Lung Imaging of Mice: A Short Report فيزيك پزشكي Physics پژوهشي Research <div align="justify" style="direction: rtl "> gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style='position:absoluteleft:0text-align:left margin-left:5.45ptmargin-top:-.15ptwidth:449.5ptheight:252.2ptz-index:-1' arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"/> </v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="338" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: اسکن پرفیوژن ریه، در پزشکی هسته‌ای به کمک آلبومین ماکروآگرگیته-mTc99 که ذراتی نشاندار است انجام می‌شود. مشکلات و سختی‌هایی حین ساخت این ذرات وجود دارد که برای رفع این معضل، از میکروذرات چیتوزان به عنوان جایگزین استفاده شد و بعد از خالص سازی با تکنسیوم نشاندار گردید.<o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: تست‌های کنترل کیفی اعم از تعیین اندازه ذرات، درصد نشاندارسازی، پایداری در بافر سالین و تصویربرداری با سیستم پزشکی هسته‌ای در بدن موش انجام شد.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: اندازه ذرات 90-110 میکرون، درصد نشاندارسازی 3±94%، پایداری بالا در بافر سالین و تجمع بسیار خوب در ریه‌های موش مشاهده شد.<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که میکروذرات چیتوزان-تکنسیوم99 احتمالا میتواند یک کاندیدای امیدوارکننده برای کاربرد تشخیصی در اسکن پرفیوژن ریه بکار گرفته شود که نیاز به مطالعات بیشتری دارد.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: چیتوزان، اسکن پرفیوژن ریه، آلبومین ماکروآگرگیته-mTc99، تکنسیوم<o:p /></div> Background and Objective: In nuclear medicine, lung perfusion scintigraphy is performed by radiolabeled particles,<a href="http://www.google.com/url?url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Technetium_(99mTc)_albumin_aggregated&rct=j&frm=1&q=&esrc=s&sa=U&ei=ZxLGU8joD-bW0QWbkICYDg&ved=0CBcQFjAA&usg=AFQjCNH3qcIS9UZXk5_GPa2Xa5ZlJJ6CRA" target="_blank"> 99 mTc-albumin macroaggregated. Synthesizing of the particles has some difficulties. In order to resolve this problem, chitosan microparticles were used as an alternative choice. </a><o:p /> Materials and Methods: The qualitative control tests including: the determining particles size, the labeling efficiency and stability in saline buffer and imaging studies in the mice were performed.<o:p /> Results: The size of particles was 90-110 micron.
