fa رابطه اختلال اضطراب منتشر و اختلال شخصیت وسواسی- جبری با بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی لرستان در سال 1393: نقش میانجی عشق پرشور وسواسی The Relationship between Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder with Psychological Well-Being in Students of Lorestan University of Medical Sciences in 2014: The Mediating Role of Passionate Obsessive Love روانپزشكي روانپزشكي پژوهشي Research <div align="justify" style="direction: rtl "><blockquote>چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: پیامدهای احتمالی اختلالات روانی بر کنشگری بهینه افراد در زندگی روزانه در پژوهش‌های قبلی مورد توجه کافی قرار نگرفته است. برای پر کردن این خلاء، این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه اختلال اضطراب منتشر و اختلال شخصیت وسواسی- جبری با بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشجویان از طریق متغیر میانجی عشق پرشور وسواسی صورت گرفت.<o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها‌: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی بود. در این پژوهش 300 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی استان لرستان از بهمن تا نیمه اسفند ماه سال 1393 به روش خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه‌ها شامل سؤالات جمعیت‌شناختی، مقیاس بهزیستی روانشناختی (PWBS-18)، مقیاس عشق پرشور (PLS) و آزمون بالینی چند محوری میلون-3 (MCMI-III) بود. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی و مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که ارتباط بین بهزیستی روانشناختی با عشق پرشور وسواسی (44/0- =r)، اختلال اضطراب منتشر (28/0-=r) و اختلال شخصیت وسواسی- جبری (27/0- =r) منفی و نسبتاً ضعیف می‌باشد (01/0p<). نتایج مدل معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که، طبق انتظار، این ارتباط کاملاً با عشق پرشور وسواسی میانجی‌گری می‌شود.<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: این نتایج نشان داد عشق پرشور وسواسی یک عامل مهم احتمالی است که از طریق آن اثرات منفی اختلال اضطراب منتشر و اختلال شخصیت وسواسی- جبری بر بهزیستی روانشناختی گذاشته می‌شود. روانشناسان می‌توانند براساس نتایج چنین پژوهش‌هایی به گسترش روش‌های بالینی مناسب برای بهبود روابط عاطفی جوانان و پرورش مهارت‌های مدیریت هیجانات به منظور مدیریت اثرات نامطلوب اختلالات روانی اقدام نمایند.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: بهزیستی روانشناختی، عشق پرشور وسواسی، اختلالات روانشناختی، دانشجویان</blockquote></div> Background and Objective: Possible implications of psychological disorders for optimal functionality in daily life have not received enough attention in the literature. To fill this gap, the present study investigated the relationship between generalized anxiety disorder and obsessive-compulsive personality disorder and psychological well-being through the mediator variable of passionate obsessive love.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: In this descriptive study, three hundred students of Lorestan University of Medical Sciences were recruited using multi-stage cluster sampling method from January to mid-February 2014. The questionnaires consisted of demographic questions, the Psychological Well-being Scale (PWBS-18), the Passionate Love Scale (PLS-30) and the Millon Clinical Multi axial Inventory-III (MCMI-III). Descriptive indices and structural equations model were used for data analysis.<o:p /> Results: The results indicated that the relationship between psychological well-being with obsessive love (r= -0.44), generalized anxiety disorder (r= -0.28) and obsessive-compulsive personality disorder (r=-0/27) was negative and relatively weak (p<0.001). The results of structural equation modeling demonstrated that, as expected, this relationship was fully mediated by passionate obsessive love. <o:p /> Conclusion: These results indicate that passionate obsessive love may be an important factor through which the negative effects of generalized anxiety disorder and obsessive-compulsive personality disorder on psychological well-being are brought about.
