fa برآورد موارد مرگ در اثر بیماری‌های قلبی- عروقی و تنفسی ناشی از مواجهه با ازن در شهر اهواز در سال 1390 Estimation of Cardiovascular and Respiratory Deaths Related to Ozone Exposure in Ahvaz, During 2011 بهداشت Environmental Health پژوهشي Research چکیده <o:p /> زمینه و هدف: محیط زیست انسان بسیار حساس و شکننده است. در سال‌های اخیر میزان آلاینده‌ها روند رو به رشدی داشته است. اهواز با جمعیتی در حدود 000,000,1 نفر در جنوب غربی ایران و یکی از هفت کلان شهر آلوده ایران است که میزان آلودگی هوا در این شهر روز به ‌روز در حال افزایش است. بنابراین هدف از این مطالعه برآورد موارد مرگ در اثر بیماری‌های قلبی- عروقی و تنفسی ناشی از مواجهه با ازن در شهر اهواز در سال 1390 بود. <o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی اثر غلظت آلاینده ازن بر سلامت شهروندان اهوازی تعیین گردید. داده‌های گردآوری شده و در نهایت با استفاده از مدل اثرات بهداشتی آلاینده ازن بر روی شهروندان اهوازی محاسبه گردید.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد تعداد موارد مرگ ناشی از بیماری قلبی- عروقی در اثر تماس با ازن طی یکسال 142 نفر بوده است که 67% این تعداد مربوط به غلظت کمتر از 120 میکروگرم بر متر مکعب است. همچنین، تعداد موارد تجمعی مرگ ناشی از بیماری‌های تنفسی در اثر تماس با ازن طی یکسال 49 نفر بوده است. 80% موارد فوق در روزهای با غلظت کمتر از 140 میکروگرم بر متر مکعب رخ داده است. <o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: جهت برآورد دقیق میزان خطر نسبی، بروز پایه و جزء منتسب باید مطالعات اپیدمیولوژیک جامع تری در سطح کشور انجام شود تا مقادیر دقیق‌تری از این شاخص‌ها بدست آمده و میزان مرگ و میر با صحت بیشتری محاسبه گردد. با توجه به افزایش روز افزون آلاینده‌های هوا مانند ازن، باید در جهت کاهش انتشار آلاینده‌ها توسط صنایع، وسایل نقلیه و همچنین، بکارگیری روش‌های کاهش انتشار، در جهت کاهش آلاینده‌های هوا و داشتن محیطی عاری از آلودگی گام برداشت.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: آلاینده ازن، بیماری‌های قلبی- عروقی، بیماری‌های تنفسی<o:p />   Background and Objective: The human environment is very sensitive and fragile. In recent years the rate of pollutants has been increasing. Ahvaz city (located in South-West of Iran) with a population of 1,000,000 persons is one of the seven polluted Iranian metropolises. So, the aim of current study was to estimate the number of respiratory and cardiovascular deaths related to ozone exposure in Ahvaz, during 2011.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, we used exposure metrics of ozone for estimation health effects on Ahvaz citizens. Collected data was processed by Excel software (through correcting temperature and pressure, coding, averaging and filtering). Finally, estimation of health effects attributed to ozone air pollution by Air Q model. <o:p /> Results: Findings showed that the number of cardiovascular deaths resulted from ozone exposure was estimated to be 142 persons per year. 67% of these cases have been occurred in days with ozone levels not exceeding 120 μg/m3. Based on the results of this study, 49 persons were estimated as respiratory deaths within one year of exposure. 80 %of these cases have been occurred in days with ozone levels not exceeding 140 μg/m3.<o:p /> Conclusion: We need to extend epidemiologic study for calculating relative risks, attributable proportion and baseline incidence until using data for estimating health effects on humans.
