fa بررسی فراوانی عوامل مرتبط با عقب‌ماندگی ذهنی دانش‌آموزان مدارس استثنایی رفسنجان در سال1393: یک گزارش کوتاه Survey the Frequency of Mental Retardation Associated Factors among Students of Rafsanjan Exceptional Schools in 2014 مغز و اعصاب داخلي Neurology توصيفي Description  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style='position:absoluteleft:0text-align:left margin-left:5.45ptmargin-top:-.15ptwidth:449.5ptheight:395.15ptz-index:-1' arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"/> </v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="529" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: عقب‌ماندگی ذهنی 2 تا 3 % از افراد جامعه را درگیر کرده است و باعث ایجاد فشارهای اقتصادی و روانی بر خانواده و جامعه می‌شود. برای پیشگیری از این بیماری اطلاع از عوامل مرتبط با آن در هر منطقه ضروری می‌باشد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین فراوانی عوامل مرتبط با عقب‌ماندگی ذهنی دانش‌آموزان مدارس استثنایی رفسنجان انجام شده است.<o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی در سال 1393 به مدارس استثنایی شهرستان رفسنجان مراجعه شد و 210 نفر از دانش‌آموزان به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق مصاحبه با والدین دانش‌آموزان و استفاده از پرونده‌های موجود در مدارس در 4 بخش عوامل قبل از تولد، حین تولد و بعد از تولد و عوامل محیطی جمع‌آوری شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه بود. داده‌ها با روش‌های آمار توصیفی (فراوانی و درصد) و تحلیلی (مجذور کای) تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه از نظر میزان تحصیلات 203 نفر از والدین (8/96 %) بی سواد تا دیپلم بودند و میزان درآمد خانواده در 200 مورد (5/95 %) پایین و متوسط بود. در بررسی عوامل قبل از تولد بیشترین فراوانی مربوط به ازدواج فامیلی 112 مورد (3/53%) و سابقه کم توانی ذهنی در خانواده 82 مورد (39%) بود. همچنین، در بررسی عوامل حین تولد زردی نوزادی 43 مورد (5/20%) و اشکالات تنفسی حین زایمان 30 مورد (3/14%) بیشترین فراوانی را داشتند و شایعترین عوامل بعد از تولد تب و تشنج در 35 مورد (7/16%) و صرع در 22 مورد (5/10%) بود.<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: از بین عوامل مرتبط با عقب‌ماندگی ذهنی که در این مطالعه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت، ازدواج فامیلی و عوامل محیطی بیشترین فراوانی را در دانش‌آموزان مدارس استثنایی داشتند و به نظر می‌رسد با بالا بردن سطح آگاهی جامعه و انجام مشاوره ژنتیک قابل پیشگیری باشند.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: عقب‌ماندگی ذهنی، ازدواج فامیلی، حین تولد، بعد از تولد <o:p /> Background and Objective: About 2-3 percent of the society suffer from mental retardation (MR) that leads to psychoeconomic problems. To prevent MR, it is necessary to recognize its related factors in each region.The aim of this study was to determine the frequency of MR associated factors among students of Rafsanjan exceptional schools. <o:p /> Materials and Methods: This descriptive study Rafsanjan special schools were referred in 2014 and 210 students were selected statistically .Data was collected via interviewing with student's parents and using present files at schools, categorized into four parts prenatal, prinatal, postnatal and environmental factors. For data gathering, the questionnaires were used and data were analyzed using descriptive (frequency and percentage) and analytic statistics (chi_square). <o:p /> Results: Educational level in 203 (96.8%) parents was illiterate to diploma and families income in 200 (95.5%) cases was low and average.In studying of prenatal factors, the most frequent cause was related to consanguineous marriage in 112 (53.3) cases and mental retardation family history in 82 (39%) cases. Also, in studying of prinatal factors, neonatal hyperbilirubinemia in 43 (20.5%) cases and respiratory problems during parturition in 30 (14.3%) cases had the most frequent cause.
