fa بررسی عوامل خطر ناراحتی‌های اسکلتی-عضلانی با روش‌های HAL- TLV، SIو OCRA و مقایسه روش‌ها با یکدیگر Evaluation of Risk Factors in Musculoskeletal Disorders by HAL-TLV, SI and OCRA Methods and Comparison with other Methods بهداشت Environmental Health پژوهشي Research <div style="direction: rtl ">چکیده </div><div style="direction: rtl ">زمینه و هدف: شاغلین حاضر در کشورهای در حال توسعه به دلیل انجام بسیاری فعالیت‌ها به صورت دستی، در معرض ابتلا به ناراحتی‌های اسکلتی-عضلانی مرتبط با فعالیت‌های دستی تکراری می‌باشند. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی عوامل خطر ناراحتی‌های اسکلتی عضلانی در فعالیت‌های دستی با روش‌های HAL- TLV، SIو OCRA و مقایسه روش‌ها با یکدیگر بود.</div><div style="direction: rtl ">مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش به صورت توصیفی و در 147 کارگر شاغل در صنایع دارای کار دستی انجام گرفت. به منظور بررسی عوامل ایجاد‌کننده ناراحتی‌های اسکلتی- عضلانی از روش‌هایSI, HAL- TLV و OCRA استفاده شد. شیوع ناراحتی‌های اسکلتی- عضلانی نیز با پرسش‌نامه استاندارد نوردیک بررسی گردید. در نهایت داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از آزمون آماری Cronbach's Alpha، آزمون‌های همبستگی تاو کندالb ، پیرسون و ضریب توافقی c مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</div><div style="direction: rtl ">یافته‌ها: نمره نهایی روشHAL- TLV در 3/31% از افراد در محدوده خطرناک قرار داشت. میانگین نمره نهایی روش SIو OCRA در محدوده با ریسک بالا و ریسک متوسط (به ترتیب79/7 و 86/4) بود. در داده‌های طبقه‌بندی شده و نشده به ترتیب بین روش‌های OCRA- HAL و OCRA- SI، ارتباط خطی و مستقیم وجود داشت (به ترتیب ضریب همبستگی تاوکندال b برابر با 608/0 و ضریب توافقی c برابر با 963/0 با 001/0p<).</div><div style="direction: rtl ">نتیجه‌گیری: همبستگی نسبتأ مناسبی بین روش‌های ارزیابی خطر وجود داشت. بنابراین به منظور ارزیابی ناراحتی‌های اندام‌های فوقانی در فعالیت‌های دستی لازم است به نوع فعالیت‌های صورت گرفته و فاکتورهای لحاظ شده در روش انتخابی اعم از وضعیت دست و مچ‌دست، سرعت تکرار حرکات، شدت و چگونگی اِعمال نیرو، ارتعاش و همچنین، نوع و وزن ابزار مورد استفاده توجه گردد.</div><div style="direction: rtl ">واژه‌های کلیدی: ناراحتی‌های اندام‌های فوقانی، فعالیت دستی تکراری، روش‌های ارزیابی ارگونومیکی</div><div style="direction: rtl "> </div> Background and Objective: Most of employees in the developing countries are exposed to musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) due to performing repetitive manual activities. The aim of this study was to evaluate the risk factors of musculoskeletal disorders by HAL-TLV, SI and OCRA methods and comparison with others.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: This was a descriptive study conducted on 147 workers employed in industries with manual tasks. It was used HAL-TLV, SI and OCRA methods in order to consider the risk factors cousing MSDs. Prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders was assessed by Nordic questionnaire. Finally, the data was analyzed by Cronbach's Alpha statistical test, Kendall's Tau-b correlation, Pearson and Concordance coefficient c. <o:p /> Results: The final grade of HAL-TLV in 31.3% of individuals was in range of danger. The mean final score of SI and OCRA was in range of high risk and moderate risk (7.79 and 4.86), respectively. There was a linear and direct relationship between OCRA-HAL and OCRA-SI methods for classified and unclassified data, respectively (Kendall's Tau-b correlation coefficient= 0.608 and Concordance coefficient c= 0.963 and P-Value< 0.001). <o:p /> Conclusion: There was a good correlation between the risk assessment of the methods.
