fa اپیدمیولوژی خودکشی موفق در استان فارس طی سال‌های 1390-1382 Epidemiological Survey of Suicide in Fars Province in the south of Iran during 2003 to 2011 آمار و اپيدميولوژي Statistics& Epidemiology توصيفي Description gte vml 1]><v:roundrect arcsize="1475f" id="_x0000_s1026" style="position:absoluteleft:0text-align:left margin-left:5.45ptmargin-top:-.15ptwidth:449.5ptheight:377.05ptz-index:-1"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"> </w:wrap></v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" height="505" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" width="602" >چکیده  زمینه و هدف: خودکشی یکی از اختلالات سلامت اجتماعی و روانی است که به عنوان یک مشکل جدی در بهداشت عمومی به شمار می‌آید، به طوری که این مشکل توجه ویژه‌ای در سطوح اول و دوم مراقبت‌های بهداشتی به خود اختصاص داده است. مطالعه حاضر به منظور بررسی اپیدمیولوژی خودکشی موفق ارجاع شده به اداره کل پزشکی قانونی استان فارس طی سال‌های 1390-1382 طراحی گردید. مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه مقطعی حاضر بر روی 1815 مورد خودکشی ارجاع شده به اداره کل پزشکی قانونی استان فارس طی سال‌های 1390-1382 و براساس معیارهای ورود و خروج از مطالعه که به پزشکی قانونی شهرستان‌ها ارجاع شده بودند، انجام شد. جهت جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرونده پزشکی متوفیان استفاده گردید. اطلاعات پس از استخراج و جمع‌بندی با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی (آزمون مجذور کای) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار ‌گرفت. یافته‌ها: در طی سال‌های مورد بررسی 1815 مورد خودکشی موفق ارجاع شده به اداره کل پزشکی قانونی استان فارس ثبت گردید. میانگین سنی قربانیان خودکشی 78/13±37/30 سال بود. بیشترین موارد خودکشی را مجرد‌ها با فراوانی 1076 نفر (3/59%)، گروه سنی 29-20 سال با فراوانی 786 نفر (3/43%) و مشاغل آزاد با فراوانی 809 نفر (6/44%) به خود اختصاص داده بودند. شایعترین انگیزه جهت خودکشی، بیماریهای روانی (3/14%) و مشکلات خانوادگی (4/13%) بود. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های مطالعه نشان داد که مهمترین انگیزه جهت خودکشی موفق در استان فارس اختلالات اعصاب و روان و مشکلات خانوادگی بوده است. از این رو توجه به وضعیت روحی و روانی بیماران و انجام مراقبت‌های بهداشتی و درمانی از طرف متولیان امر سلامت و بهداشت، امری لازم و ضروری می‌باشد. واژه‌های کلیدی: خودکشی، اپیدمیولوژی، پزشکی قانونی    Background and Objective: Suicide is one of the major social and mental health disorders which is considered as a serious public health problem. This problem has gained special attention in the first and second levels of the health care system. The aim of the present study was to investigate the epidemiology of suicide referred to Legal Medicine Center of Fars province during 2003 to 2011. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was carried out on 1815 cases in Fars province during 2003 to 2011 the subjects were referred to the Legal Medicine Centers of the counties. Data were collected from medical records of the deceased. Data were analyzed using descriptive methods and chi-square test. Results: During the years of study, 1815 suicides occurred in Fars province. Mean and standard deviation of the age of the subjects was 30.37±13.78 years. Most of the suicide cases were among singles with a frequency of 1076 (59.3%), in age groups of 20-29 years with a frequency of 786 (43.3%), and self-employed jobs with a frequency of 809 (44.6%). The most common motivations for suicide were mental illness in 14.3% and family disputes in 13.4% of the cases. Conclusion: The results showed that the main motivation for suicide was psychiatric disorders and family disputes. Hence, attention to the mental condition of the patients and health care from the health authorities is necessary.
