fa بررسی روایی و پایایی نسخه فارسی فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه ذهن‌آگاهی فرایبورگ Survey the Validity and Reliability of the Persian Version of Short Form of Freiburg Mindfulness Inventory روانپزشكي Psychiatry پژوهشي Research چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: با توجه به محبوبیت زیادی که ذهن‌آگاهی در سال‌های اخیر در علوم مرتبط با سلامت کسب نموده و مطالعه علمی ذهن‌آگاهی و استفاده از فنون ذهن‌آگاهی در درمان‌های روانشناختی به شدّت رو به افزایش می‌باشد، کاربرد ابزارهای معتبر و روا برای سنجش این سازه ضروری است. بنابراین هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی روایی و پایایی نسخه فارسی فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه ذهن‌آگاهی فرایبورگ است. <o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: در این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع روانسنجی ابزار، تعداد 400 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه یاسوج به شیوه نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله انتخاب گردیدند و به فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه ذهن‌آگاهی فرایبورگ، خرده مقیاس تنظیم هیجانی Schutte و مقیاس خودکنترلی Tangney پاسخ دادند. پایایی فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه ذهن‌آگاهی فرایبورگ با استفاده از روش بازآزمایی، ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و تتای ترتیبی محاسبه گردید. جهت بررسی روایی همزمان از ضرایب همبستگی پرسشنامه ذهن‌آگاهی با خرده مقیاس تنظیم هیجانی و مقیاس خودکنترلی استفاده شد. جهت بررسی شواهد مربوط به روایی از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی استفاده گردید. <o:p /> یافته‌ها: پایایی بازآزمایی پرسشنامه فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه ذهن‌آگاهی فرایبورگ بر اساس نتایج دو بار اجرای آزمون و همسانی درونی آن بر حسب ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ و تتای ترتیبی در مورد گروه نمونه تأیید شد. همچنین، روایی همزمان این پرسشنامه با مقیاس های مرتبط، تأیید گردید. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مؤید این است که ساختار پرسشنامه برازش قابل قبولی با داده‌ها دارد. <o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج تحقیق حاضر، پرسشنامه فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه ذهن‌آگاهی فرایبورگ ابزاری مناسب با خصوصیات روانسنجی قابل قبول برای سنجش میزان ذهن‌آگاهی افراد در جامعه ایرانی می‌باشد. <o:p /> واژه های کلیدی: ذهن‌آگاهی، پایایی‌، روایی، تحلیل عاملی تأییدی<o:p /> Background and Objective: Due to the increasing popularity that mindfulness has achieved in the health-related sciences in recent years, and the scientific study of mindfulness and mindfulness techniques for therapy, has been rising sharply, using valid and reliable instruments for measuring these constructs is essential. Thus, the objective of this study was to survey the validity and reliability of the persian version of short from of Freiburg Mindfulness Inventory.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: In this descriptive psychometric study, the number of 400 students from Yasuj University were selected through a multi- stage cluster sampling method and they responded to the short form of Freiburg mindfulness inventory, Schutte emotion regulation subscale, and Tangney self-control scale. The reliability of the short form of Freiburg mindfulness inventory was calculated by Retest reliability, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient and Ordinal Theta. For assessment of the concurrent validity, correlation coefficients of mindfulness inventory with emotional regulation subscale and self-control scale were used. In order to assess the evidence regarding the validity, the confirmatory factor analysis was used. The gathered data were analyzed by SPSS and LIZREL software’s.<o:p /> Results: Retest reliability of short form of Freiburg mindfulness inventory based on two tests run and internal consistency of the questionnaire based on Cronbach’s alpha coefficients and Order Theta in sample group was confirmed. Concurrent validity of this inventory with the related scales was confirmed.
