fa مقایسه مهارت تفکر انتقادی در دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان در مقاطع مختلف تحصیلی در سال ۱۳۹۲ Comparison of the Critical Thinking Skills among Medical Students in Different Educational Levels in Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences in 2013 آمار و اپيدميولوژي Statistics& Epidemiology پژوهشي Research  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style="position: absolute left: 0px text-align: left margin-left: 5.45pt margin-top: -0.15pt width: 449.5pt height: 397.9pt z-index: -1 " arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"> </w:wrap></v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="532" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: از تفکر انتقادی می‌توان به عنوان یکی از انواع مهم تفکر نام برد که از جمله مهارت‌هایی‌ست که زمینه‌ساز تصمیمات صحیح ا‌ست. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی و مقایسه میزان گرایش و بکارگیری تفکر انتقادی در نزد دانشجویان مقاطع مختلف تحصیلی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان در سال 1392 طراحی گردیده است.<o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه از نوع مقطعی بوده و در آن از پرسش‌نامه سنجش میزان گرایش به تفکر انتقادی ریکتس Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory questionnaire (CTDI) استفاده گردید. پرسش‌نامه دو قسمتی شامل پرسش‌های دموگرافیک و تفکر انتقادی می‌باشد که در اختیار تعداد ۲۵۰ نفر از دانشجویان قرار گرفت که ۱۶۵ نفر (۶۶%) از دانشجویان پرسش‌نامه‌ها را تکمیل نمودند. سپس داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های t test و ضریب همبستگی و آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه (ANOVA) تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: در مجموع از ۱۶۵ نفر دانشجویی که در این پژوهش شرکت کردند؛ میانگین نمره تفکر انتقادی آنها معادل ۱/۳۱±۱۱/۲۲ تعیین گردید. تفکر انتقادی در دانشجویان پسر به طرز معنی‌داری بیشتر از دانشجویان دختر بود (۱/۳۴±۱۱/۴۱ در برابر ۱/۲۱±۱۰/۹۴). بین تفکر انتقادی و سن رابطه معنی‌دار وجود نداشت، اما بین معدل درسی دانشجویان و تفکر انتقادی همبستگی معنی‌دار، معکوس و ضعیفی دیده شد (-۰/۱۵۶=r و ۰/۰۴۵=p). همچنین، در بین مقاطع تحصیلی، از نظر خرده مقیاس‌های بالندگی و تعهد، اختلاف‌های معنی‌داری مشاهده گردید (به ترتیب ۰/۰۵≥p و ۰/۰۲=p).<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: <a name="OLE_LINK10"></a><a name="OLE_LINK9">در این مطالعه، تفکر انتقادی در دانشجویان پزشکی دان</a><a name="_GoBack"></a>شگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان در مقایسه با برخی از دانشگاه‌های دیگر، نسبتاً مناسب برآورد گردید؛ هر چند به نظر می‌رسد که نیاز به آموزش و به کارگیری تفکر انتقادی به خصوص برای دانشجویان کارورز بیشتر احساس می‌شود. <a name="OLE_LINK33"></a><a name="OLE_LINK32"></a><o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: تفکر انتقادی، خلاقیت، بالندگی، تعهد، دانشجویان پزشکی<o:p />   Background and Objective: Critical thinking is one of the most important types of thinking and a necessary skill for accurate decision-making. The aim of this study's to investigate and compare the critical thinking disposition in various educational levels of medical students of Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences.<o:p /> Materials and Methods:In this cross-sectional study Ricketts Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory (CTDI) questionnaire accompanied by some demographic and educational questions were used. The questionnaires were submitted to 250 students of whom 165 (66%) were finally returned the completed questionnaire. Data were analyzed using statistical tests including Correlation, Student’s t and ANOVA.<o:p /> Results: The mean score of critical thinking disposition in 165 students participating in our study was determined to be equal to 11.22±1.31. The critical thinking in male students was statistically higher than female ones (11.41±1.34 versus 10.94±1.21).
