fa بررسی سلامت روان و عوامل مرتبط با آن در دانشجویان مراکز آموزش عالی شهر جیرفت در سال 1392 Assessment of Mental Health and its Related Factors in Jiroft students of Higher Education Centers in 2013 پرستاري Nursing پژوهشي Research  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style='position:absoluteleft:0text-align:leftmargin-left:5.45pt margin-top:-.1ptwidth:449.5ptheight:387.8ptz-index:-1' arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"/> </v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="519" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: سلامت روان لازمه حفظ و دوام عملکرد اجتماعی، شغلی و تحصیلی افراد جامعه و سبب بهبود، رشد و کمال شخصیت انسان‌ها می‌گردد. هدف از انجام این مطالعه بررسی سلامت روان و عوامل مرتبط با آن در دانشجویان جیرفت می‌باشد.<o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش مقطعی بر روی 674 دانشجوی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی، آزاد و ملی جیرفت در سال 1392 انجام شد. در این پژوهش از چک لیست مشخصات جمعیت شناختی و پرسش‌نامه استاندارد سلامت روان (GHQ-28) استفاده گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل آماری با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS ویرایش 20 و آزمون‌های t-test، ANOVA، کای دو، فیشر و TUKEY انجام شد.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: از مجموع افراد شرکت کننده، 229 نفر (34%) از دانشگاه آزاد، 252 نفر (4/37%) از دانشگاه ملی جیرفت و 193 نفر (6/28%) از دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بودند. میانگین نمره سلامت روان کل دانشجویان 64/14±56/29 بوده و 394 نفر (5/58%) از آنها مشکوک به اختلال در سلامت روان بودند. به طوری‌که تعداد 135 نفر (95/58%)، 145 نفر (53/57%) و 114 نفر (06/59%) به ترتیب در دانشگاه آزاد، دانشگاه ملی و علوم پزشکی بودند که اختلاف معنی‌داری وجود نداشت (932/0p=). آزمون آماری ارتباط معنی‌دار آماری را بین وضعیت سلامت روان و جنسیت (008/0p=)، وضعیت اشتغال (027/0p=) و وضعیت سکونت (036/0=p) نشان داد.<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه نشان دهنده سطح پایین سلامت روان در دانشجویان شهر جیرفت می‌باشد. لذا توصیه می‌شود با فراهم کردن شرایط مناسب زندگی از جمله فراهم کردن شرایط اشتغال و ازدواج و همچنین، کم کردن عوامل تنش زا در دانشجویان گامی در جهت افزایش سلامت روان این دانشجویان برداشته شود.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: سلامت روان، دانشجو <o:p /> Background and Objective: Mental health is necessary to maintain and sustain the social, occupational and educational functions of the community, and lead to improvement, growth and perfection of the human character. This study aimed to investigate mental health and it’s related factors in Jiroft students.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 674 students of Medical, Islamic Azad and National Universities of Jiroft in 2013. In this study, demographic checklist and standard mental health questionnaire (GHQ-28) were used. Data were analyzed by SPSS using t-test, one-way ANOVA, chi-square, Fisher and Tukey tests. <o:p /> Results: Among the participants, 229 students (34.0%) were from Azad University, 252 students (37.4%) from National University and 193 students (28.6%) from Medical Sciences University. Mean of students’ mental health score was 29.56±14.64 and 394 of them (58.5 %( were suspected to have mental problems. Among those, 135 (58.95%), 145 (57.53%) and 114 students (59.06%) were studying at Azad, National and Medical Sciences Universities which there wasn’t any significant difference in this regard (p=0.932). Based on t-test, there were significant relationships between mental health and sex (p=0.008), occupational status (p=0.027) as well as residential status (p=0.036). <o:p /> Conclusion: The results of this study indicate a low level of mental health in Jiroft students.
