fa نقش ناگویی خلقی و ابرازگری هیجانی در پیش‌بینی علایم جسمانی‌سازی در دانشجویان دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی در سال 93-92 The Role of Alexithymia and Emotional Expressivity in Predicting Somatization Symptoms among Students of Mohaghegh Ardabili University during 2014-2015 روانپزشكي Psychiatry پژوهشي Research چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: علایم جسمانی‌سازی، سطوح بالایی از نگرانی، اضطراب و واکنش افراطی در پاسخ به علایم فیزیکی را در افراد ایجاد می‌کند و گفته می‌شود که جسمانی‌سازی می‌تواند از اختلال در ابرازگری هیجان بوجود آمده باشد. با توجه به اهمیت این امر، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش ناگویی خلقی و ابرازگری هیجانی در پیش‌بینی علایم جسمانی‌سازی در دانشجویان انجام گرفت.<o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی است. نمونه مورد مطالعه شامل 115 دانشجو (65 دختر و 50 پسر) بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی چند مرحله‌ای از جامعه دانشجویان دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی در سال تحصیلی 93-1392 انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از مقیاس ناگویی خلقیToronto ، پرسش‌نامه ابرازگری هیجانی<span dir="LTR" style="line-height: 120% font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif background-image: initial background-attachment: initial background-origin: initial background-clip: initial background-color: white font-weight: normal background-position: initial initial background-repeat: initial initial ">Berkeley و خرده مقیاس جسمانی‌سازی آزمون تجدید نظر شده‌ فهرست علایم 90 سؤالی (SCL-90 R) استفاده شد. داده‌های به دست آمده با استفاده از آزمون‌های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه خطی تحلیل شد.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: نتایج همبستگی نشان داد علایم جسمانی‌سازی با دشواری در توصیف احساسات (34/0=r؛ 001/0>p)، دشواری در تشخیص احساسات (39/0=r؛ 001/0>p)، تفکر معطوف به سطح (18/0=r؛ 02/0=p) و نمره کلی ناگویی خلقی (39/0=r؛ 001/0>p) رابطه مثبت ولی با بیانگری منفی هیجان (17/0-=r؛ 03/0=p)، بیانگری مثبت هیجان (15/0-=r؛ 05/0=p) و نمره کلی ابرازگری هیجان (18/0-=r؛ 02/0=p) ارتباط منفی دارد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون خطی نیز نشان داد 20% از کل واریانس علایم جسمانی‌سازی به وسیله ناگویی خلقی به ویژه دشواری در تشخیص احساسات تبیین می‌شود. <o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان می‌دهد ناگویی خلقی و ابرازگری هیجانی در علایم جسمانی‌سازی نقش دارند. این یافته‌ها از این فرض حمایت می‌کنند که علایم جسمانی‌سازی را می‌توان نوعی اختلال در بیان هیجان در نظر گرفت.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: ناگویی خلقی، ابرازگری هیجان، علایم جسمانی‌سازی، دانشجویان<o:p /> Background and Objective: Somatization symptoms cause the high levels of worry, anxiety and overreaction in response to physical symptoms in people and it is said that the somatization can be caused by the disruption in emotional expressiveness. Giving the importance of this issue, the current study was conducted in order to determine the role of alexithymia and emotional expressivity in predicting somatization symptoms among students. <o:p /> Materials and Methods: The method of this study was descriptive. The studied sample included 115 students (65 girls and 50 boys) who were selected by a multistage random sampling from the population of Mohaghegh Ardabili university students during 2013-2014 educational years. Toronto alexithymia scale, Berkeley emotional expressivity questionnaire and somatization subscale of SCL-90-R were used to collect data. Data were analyzed by Pearson's correlation and multiple linear regression. <o:p /> Results: The correlation results showed that the somatization symptoms have positive relationship with difficulty in describing feeling (r=0.34 p>0.001), difficulty in identifying feeling (r=0.39 p>0.001), external orient thinking style (r=0.18 p=0.02) and total score of alexithymia scale (r=0.39 p>0.001), but negative relationship with negative expressivity of the emotion (r=-0.17 p=0.03), positive expressivity of the emotion (r=-0.15 p=0.05), and total score of emotional expressivity (r=-0.18 p=0.02). The results of linear regression analyze also showed that 20% of the whole variance of the somatization symptoms was explained by alexithymia, especially, difficulty in identifying feelings.<o:p /> Conclusion: Results of current study show that alexithymia and emotional expressivity plat role in somatization symptoms.
