fa بررسی شاخص‌های زیج حیاتی مراکز بهداشتی درمانی روستایی شیراز قبل و بعد از اجرای برنامه پزشک خانواده طی سال‌های 91-1380: یک گزارش کوتاه Investigation of Vital Horoscope Indicators in Rural Health Medical Centers of Shiraz before and after the Implementation of Family Physician Plan during 2001-2012: A Short Report مديريت و اطلاع رساني پزشكي مديريت و اطلاع رساني پزشكي پژوهشي Research  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style='position:absoluteleft:0text-align:leftmargin-left:5.45pt margin-top:-.15ptwidth:449.5ptheight:324.15ptz-index:-1' arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"/> </v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="434" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده <o:p /> زمینه و هدف: سلامت مادران و کودکان یکی از مسائل مهمی است که نیاز به توجه ویژه دارد. یکی از اهداف برنامه پزشک خانواده بهبود شاخص های زیج حیاتی می باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی شاخص‌های زیج حیاتی مراکز بهداشتی درمانی روستایی شیراز قبل و بعد از اجرای طرح پزشک خانواده طی سال‌های1391-1380 انجام شده است.<o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه به صورت مقطعی در سال 1393 انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از فرم جمع‌آوری پژوهشگر ساخته و به صورت سرشماری از سال1380 تا سال 1391 از مراکز بهداشتی والفجر و انقلاب جمع‌آوری شدند. از آمار توصیفی و برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزار Excel و آزمون ویلکاکسون استفاده شد.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: بیشترین میانگین شاخص‌های زیج حیاتی بعد از اجرای طرح پزشک خانواده مربوط به شاخص باروری عمومی (98/5) و کمترین مربوط به باروری کلی قبل از اجرای طرح پزشک خانواده بود (17/0). بین چهار شاخص قبل و بعد از اجرای طرح رابطه معناداری وجود داشت (05/0p<). شاخص‌های مرگ نوزاد زیر1 ماه، مرگ کودکان زیر1 سال، درصد کودکان زیر1 سال و درصد مرده‌زایی از سال 1380 تا سال 1391 روندی رو به کاهش داشتند.<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: شاخص‌های بهداشتی درصد مرگ نوزاد زیر 1 ماه، درصد مرده‌زایی، درصد کودکان زیر 1 سال و درصد موالید خام بعد از طرح پزشک خانواده ارتقا یافتند. لذا با اجرای صحیح، نظارت مداوم و افزایش آگاهی مردم از این طرح می‌توان در جهت ارتقا شاخص‌های زیج حیاتی اقدام مؤثر انجام داد.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: طرح پزشک خانواده، شاخص زیج حیاتی، شاخص سلامت روستا<o:p /> Background and Objective: Maternal and childish health is one of the most important and critical issues that need special attention. One of the goal of family physician plan is to improve the vital horoscope indicator. This study has been investigated the vital horoscope indicator in rural populations of Shiraz before and after family physician plan during 2001-2012.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted in 2014. Data were colleced using standard form and through census at health centers during 2001- 2012. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and Wilcoxon tests.<o:p /> Results: The findings showed that the highest mean of vital horoscope indicator after family physician plan was General Fertility (5.98) and the lowest one was Total Fertility before family physician plan (0.17). There was a meaningful relationship between 4 indicators before and after family physician plan (p<0.05). Indicators of Death of neonates under 1 month, and infants under 1 year, percentage of infants under 1 year, percentage of stillbirth from 2001 to 2012 decreased.<o:p /> Conclusion: Family physician plan is one of the effective programs in vital horoscope indicator, service quality and health promotion.
