fa کسر منتسب به جمعیت فشار خون در اثر چاقی در استان یزد در سال 1388: یک گزارش کوتاه Population Attributable Fraction of Hypertension Associated with Obesity in Yazd Province in 2009: A Short Report آمار و اپيدميولوژي Statistics& Epidemiology كاربردي Applicable  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style="position: absolute left: 0px text-align: left margin-left: 5.45pt margin-top: -0.15pt width: 449.5pt height: 338.55pt z-index: -1 " arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"> </w:wrap></v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="453" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: فشار خون از جمله مهمترین مشکلات سلامت در جهان بوده و روند رو به رشدی را نشان می‌دهد. چاقی از جمله عوامل خطر فشار خون می‌باشد و با توجه به این که در ایران و به طور کلی در استان‌های آن شیوع چاقی و فشار خون بالا بوده و روند رو به افزایشی را دارا می‌باشد این مطالعه بر آن است تا تعیین کند کسر منتسب به جمعیت فشار خون در اثر چاقی در استان یزد در سال 1388 چه میزان می‌باشد.<o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه یک مطالعه اپیدمیولوژیک می‌باشد که از اطلاعات مربوط به داده‌های نظام مراقبت بیماری‌های غیر واگیر که در سال 1388 به دست آمده استفاده شده است. نسبت شانس مورد استفاده نیز از داده‌های حاصل از مطالعه قند و چربی بدست آمده و پس از استاندارد سازی داده‌های شیوع، خطر منتسب به جمعیت برای استان یزد بر اساس فرمول اپیدمیولوژیک محاسبه کسر منتسب محاسبه شده است.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: در استان یزد بر حسب کسر منتسب به جمعیت فشار خون در اثر چاقی بیشترین این میزان منتسب به جنس مؤنث با میزان 3/20 % می‌باشد و در بین گروه‌های سنی نیز در جنس مذکر گروه سنی 54-45 سال با میزان 5/5 % و در جنس مؤنث گروه سنی 65-55 سال با میزان 6/8 % بیشترین میزان کسر منتسب به جمعیت را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند.<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اهمیت شیوع و تأثیر فشار خون در ایجاد بیماری‌های قلبی و عروقی لازم است تا در زمینه پیشگیری از شیوع این بیماری در استان یزد اقدامات مؤثری صورت گیرد.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: فشار خون، چاقی، شیوع، کسر منتسب به جمعیت<o:p /> Background and Objective: High blood pressure is one of the most important health problems in the world. Considering that in Iran, and generally in all its provinces all its prevalence of obesity and high blood pressure among people is high, hence, the aim of this study is to determine the rate of the prevalence of hypertension in Yazd province attributable to obesity in the population of there.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: In this epidemiological study, the data of non-communicable diseases were obtained. Odds ratios using the data obtained from lipid and glucose study, after standardizing the data, the population attributable risk for Yazd province based on the above formula has been calculated.<o:p /> Results: In Yazd province in terms of population attributable fraction of hypertension attributable to obesity in females with the highest rate 20.3% and among males aged 45-54 years age group 5.5%In the age group 55-65 years females 8.6% Most of the population attributable fraction have.<o:p /> Conclusion: Recognizing the importance of the prevalence and impact of blood pressure in cardiovascular disease, it is necessary to in the field of the prevention of the outbreak of the disease in the province of Yazd is an effective actions take place.<o:p /> Key words: Hypertension, Obesity, Prevalence, Population attributable fraction<o:p />   Funding: This research was funded by Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Science.<o:p /> Conflict of interest: None declared.<o:p /> Ethical approval: The Ethics Committee of Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences approved the study. <o:p />   How to cite this article: Mohammadi M, Mirzaei M.
