fa نقش اجتناب تجربی و ذهن‌ آگاهی در پیش‌بینی علائم اختلال استرس پس از مواجهه با رویداد آسیب‌زا در افراد آسیب دیده تحت حمایت کمیته امداد و بنیاد شهید شهرستان گیلان‌غرب در نیمه اول سال 1393 The Role of Experiential Avoidance and Mindfulness in Predicting the Symptoms of Stress Disorder after Exposure to Trauma in Traumatized People Supported by Emdad Committee and Bonyade Shahid Organization of Gilan Gharb in the First Half of 2014 روانپزشكي Psychiatry كاربردي Applicable چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: اجتناب از افکار مرتبط با رویدادهای آسیب‌زا در افراد آسیب‌دیده می‌تواند در بروز و تداوم اختلال استرس پس از سانحه نقش داشته باشد. با توجه به اهمیت این امر پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش اجتناب تجربی و ذهن‌آگاهی در پیش‌بینی علائم اختلال استرس پس از مواجهه با رویداد آسیب‌زا انجام گرفت.<o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی، تعداد 100 آزمودنی که از بین افراد آسیب دیده تحت حمایت کمیتۀ امداد و بنیاد شهید شهرستان گیلان‌غرب در نیمۀ اول سال 1393 به طور تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شده بودند، شرکت داشتند. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از مقیاس اختلال استرس پس از سانحه Mississippi، پرسشنامه پذیرش و عمل و پرسشنامه ذهن‌آگاهی استفاده شد. داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی چندگانه تحلیل شد.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: نتایج همبستگی نشان داد علائم اختلال استرس پس از سانحه با اجتناب تجربی ارتباط مثبت (768/0=r؛ 001/0>p)، ولی با نمره کلی ذهن‌آگاهی (351/0- =r؛ 001/0>p) و مؤلفه‌های مشاهده‌گری (328/0- =r؛ 001/0>p)، توصیف عمل (420/0- =r؛ 001/0>p)، عمل از روی آگاهی (263/0- =r؛ 009/0=p) ارتباط منفی دارد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون خطی نشان داد 63٪ از کل واریانس علائم اختلال استرس پس از سانحه به طور مسقیم به وسیلۀ اجتناب تجربی و به طور معکوس به به وسیله ذهن‌آگاهی تبیین می‌شود و از میان مؤلفه‌های ذهن‌آگاهی توصیف عمل از روی آگاهی 21% از کل واریانس علائم اختلال استرس پس از سانحه را به طور معکوس تبیین کند.<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد اجتناب از افکار مربوط به رویدادهای آسیب‌زا و ذهن‌آگاهی پایین می‌تواند در علائم اختلال استرس پس از سانحه در افراد آسیب دیده نقش داشته باشد.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: اجتناب تجربی، ذهن‌آگاهی، اختلال استرس، مواجهه، رویداد آسیب‌زا<o:p /> Background and Objective: Avoidance of thoughts related to traumatic events in traumatized people can play a role in incidence and persistence of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Given the importance of this issue, the current study was conducted in order to determine the role of experiential avoidance and mindfulness in predicting the symptoms of the PTSD in people exposed to trauma.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: In this descriptive study, 100 subjects were selected through the stratified random sampling from traumatized people who are supported by Emdad Committee and Bonyade Shahid organization located in Gilan Gharb city. Mississippi Scale for PTSD, Acceptance and Action Questionnaire and Mindfulness Questionnaire were used for gathering data. Collected data were analyzed by Pearson’s correlation coefficient test and multiple linear regression. <o:p /> Results: The correlation results showed that the symptoms of PTSD have positive relationship with experiential avoidance (r=0.768 p<0.001) and negative relationship with total score of mindfulness(r=-0.351 p<0.001) and components of observing (r=-0.328 p<0.001), mindful describing (r=-0.420 p<0.001), non-judgmental acceptance (r=-0.263 p=0.009).
