fa بررسی فعالیت ضد قارچی عصاره کیوی بر روی قارچ‌های ساپروفیت و درماتوفیت Antifungal Activity of Kiwi Alcoholic Extract on Saprophytes and Dermatophytes Fungi ميكروبيولوژي Microbiology پژوهشي Research چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: <a name="OLE_LINK50"></a><a name="OLE_LINK51">گزارشات اندکی از اثر ضد قارچی کیوی وجود دارد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثر ضد قارچی کیوی بر روی گروهی از قارچ‌های ساپروفیت و درماتوفیت ترایکوفایتون منتاگروفایتیس برای اولین بار در ایران مد نظر قرار گرفت.<o:p /></a> مواد و روش‌ها: در یک مطالعه آزمایشگاهی، سوسپانسیون قارچی حاوی CFU/mL 1×105 از اسپور و سلول‌های مخمری 9 قارچ انتخاب شد و در سرم فیزیولوژی حاوی نیم درصد تویین 80 آماده گردید. برای تعیین MIC و MFC قارچ‌ها نسبت به عصاره الکلی کیوی از رقت‌سازی سریال در محیط سابورو دکستروز براث استفاده گردید.کاندیدا‌ها و آسپرژیلوس‌ها به ترتیب در دمای 30 و 25 درجه سانتی‌گراد به مدت 72-24 ساعت قرار داده شدند.<a name="OLE_LINK123"></a><a name="OLE_LINK122"> جهت آنالیز داده‌ها از روش </a>t مستقل، کروسکال والیس با سطح معنی‌داری 05/0p< استفاده شد.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از آزمون‌های آماری بین نوع قارچ‌های مورد بررسی و درصد کاهش رشد بین ساپروفیت‌ها و درماتوفیت در دو غلظت 10% و20% و در دو ساعت 24 و 48 ساعت اولیه اختلاف آماری معنی‌داری نبود. میزان MIC و MFC در قارچ‌های مورد مطالعه به ترتیب در محدوده mg/mL 5/7-87/1 و mg/mL 15-75/3 قرار گرفت.<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: این پژوهش نشان داد عصاره الکلی کیوی دارای خاصیت ضد قارچی است که این خصوصیت بسته به جنس قارچ متفاوت می‌باشد.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی:<a name="OLE_LINK79"></a><a name="OLE_LINK80"> </a><a name="OLE_LINK157"></a><a name="OLE_LINK156">خاصیت </a>ضد قارچ<a name="OLE_LINK112"></a><a name="OLE_LINK113">ی،</a> ترایکوفایتون منتاگروفایتیس، قارچ‌های ساپروفیت، کیوی<o:p />   Background and Objective: There are a few reports of antifungal activity of kiwi extract. This study was designed to investigate the <a name="OLE_LINK96"></a><a name="OLE_LINK95">antifungal activity of </a><a name="OLE_LINK88"></a><a name="OLE_LINK87">kiwi alcoholic extract</a> on Saprophytes and <a name="OLE_LINK111"></a><a name="OLE_LINK108"></a><a name="OLE_LINK107">Trichophyton</a> mentagrophytes and Dermatophytes for the first time in Iran.<o:p /> <a name="OLE_LINK119"></a><a name="OLE_LINK118">Materials and Methods</a>:A Fungal suspension containing 1×105 CFU/mL of conidia and yeasty cells from 9 selected fungi was prepared in normal salin with tween 80 (0.5%). In order to determine the <a name="OLE_LINK92"></a><a name="OLE_LINK91">minimum</a> <a name="OLE_LINK90"></a><a name="OLE_LINK89">inhibitory concentration (MIC) </a>and minimum fungicidal concentration (MFC) of kiwi alcoholic extract, serial dilution of kiwi extract was prepared to Sabouraud Dextrose Broth medium. Candida spp and Aspergillus spp cultures were incubated at 30 and 25°C for 24-72 hours, respectively. Data was analyzed with chi-square and analysis of variance test and p<0.05 considered as significance level. <o:p /> Results: The ranges of percentage reduction in growth of dermatophyte and saprophytes were seen at a concentration of 10 and 20% in 24 and 48 hours, respectively.
