fa بررسی اختلالات خوردن (بی‌اشتهایی عصبی و پرخوری عصبی) در نوجوانان 13 تا 18 ساله شهرستان گناباد در سال 1393 Survey on Eating Disorders (Mental Anorexia , Bulimia) among 13-18-Year- Old Adolescents of Gonabad City in 2014 آمار و اپيدميولوژي Statistics& Epidemiology پژوهشي Research چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: اختلالات خوردن از اختلالات شایع روانی/ روان‌تنی به شمار می‌روند که مشکلات فراوانی در سلامت جسمانی و عملکرد روانی را باعث می‌شوند. از این رو این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اختلالات خوردن در نوجوانان شهرستان گناباد انجام گرفته است. <o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: طرح پژوهش حاضر مقطعی است. نمونه این پژوهش را 1500 نفر از دانش‌آموزان 20 دبیرستان پایه اول و دوم شهرستان گناباد در سال 1393 تشکیل دادند که به صورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب و در پژوهش شرکت داده شدند. جهت اجرای پژوهش از پرسشنامه نگرش به خوردن (26-EAT) استفاده شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون کای اسکویر در نرم‌افزار SPSS استفاده گردید.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: دامنه سنی شرکت‌کنندگان 13 تا 18 سال و میانگین و انحراف معیار سن 70/1‌±‌50/15 بود. در این پژوهش 7/15 % از دانش‌آموزان در معرض اختلال خوردن قرار داشتند. شیوع اختلال بی‌اشتهایی عصبی و پرخوری عصبی در این نمونه به ترتیب 1/1% و 2/3‌% بود. بین دو جنس دختر و پسر در اختلال خوردن تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت (001/0=p). شیوع این اختلال با سن و پایه تحصیلی نیز ارتباطی معنادار داشت (001/0=p) و اختلال بی‌اشتهایی عصبی بین دو جنس (079/0=p)، در سنین و پایه‌های تحصیلی مختلف (115/0=p) شیوع یکسانی داشت. نتایج نشان داد فراوانی اختلال پرخوری در بین دختران بیشتر است .بنابراین بین دو جنس (014/0=p)، در سنین و پایه‌های تحصیلی مختلف (003/0=p) در شیوع این اختلال ارتباط معناداری وجود داشت (05/0p<).<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد اختلال خوردن در دانش‌آموزان دختر شیوع بیشتری دارد که ممکن است به دلیل گسترش فرهنگ غرب، الگوهای نامناسب تغدیه‌ای، عوامل نژادی و طبقه اجتماعی که فرد در آن قرار دارد، باشد که بررسی این عوامل در پژوهش‌‌های مشابه توصیه می‌شود.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: دانش‌آموز، اختلال خوردن، بی‌اشتهایی عصبی، پرخوری عصبی<o:p /> Background and Objective: Eating disorders are common mental / physical health disorders which cause psychosomatic and psychological dysfunction and also the poor quality of life and even death. The purpose of this study was to investigate the prevalence of eating disorders among adolescents of Gonabad city. <o:p /> Materials and Methods: This is a cross-sectional study. The samples were attained from the first- and second- grade students of 20 high schools of Gonabad city in 2014. They were selected by stratified randomization and Participated in this study. Data were obtained using eating attitudes questionnaire (26- EAT). Chi-square test was used for data analysis.<o:p /> Results: The participants were in the 13-18 age range with an average of 15.50±1.70. In this study, 15.7% of students were at risk for eating disorders. Mental anorexia disorder and bulimia were, 1.1% and 3.2%, respectively.<o:p /> There was a significant difference in eating disorder between girls and boys (p= 0.001). The prevalence of this disorder also had a significant association with age and educational level (p= 0.001). The prevalence of mental anorexia disorder was similar between the opposite sex (p= 0.079) and various educational levels (p=0.115). The results showed that the prevalence of eating disorders among girls is higher. There was a significant association in prevalence of this disorder among these opposite sexes (p=0.014), with different ages and grads (p=0.003).<o:p /> Conclusion: The results showed that the eating disorders are more common in girls which may be due to the expansion of the West culture, poor nutritional patterns, racial and social factors.
