fa بررسی باورهای بهداشتی زنان مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی- درمانی شهرستان بناب نسبت به روش‌های غربالگری سرطان پستان در سال 1393 Health Beliefs in Screening for Breast Cancer among Women Referring to Bonab Health Centers in 2014 زنان Gynecology توصيفي Description  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style='position:absoluteleft:0text-align:left margin-left:5.45ptmargin-top:2.2ptwidth:449.5ptheight:363.85ptz-index:-1' arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"/> </v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="487" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: تشخیص زودرس سرطان پستان تأثیر به سزایی در کاهش مرگ و میر و افزایش کیفیت زندگی زنان خواهد داشت. با توجه به نقش مهم باورها در عملکرد زنان برای آموزش و تشویق آنان به انجام غربالگری ابتدا باید باورهای <o:p /> بهداشتی آنان را شناخت.<o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی 250 زن در سنین باروری مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی بناب با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و باورهای بهداشتی آنان در مورد روشهای غربالگری سرطان پستان بر اساس مدل بهداشتی Champion مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و اطلاعات حاصله با آمار توصیفی، آزمون t مستقل و آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، 8/76% شرکت کنندگان در زمینه فواید ماموگرافی و 4/66% شرکت کنندگان در زمینه فواید معاینات بالینی باور بهداشتی خوب داشتند. در زمینه باورهای بهداشتی در مورد خود کارآمدی خود آزمایی پستان 2/65% از شرکت کنندگان باور بهداشتی ضعیفی داشتند. 94% شرکت کنندگان معتقد بودند انجام ماموگرافی احتمال مرگ ناشی از سرطان پستان را کاهش می‌دهد. <o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: با وجود باورهای بهداشتی خوب در برخی زمینه‌ها میزان انجام غربالگری‌های سرطان پستان کم است، بنابراین توصیه می‌شود عواملی را که در افزایش پذیرش روش‌های غربالگری سرطان پستان نقش دارند، شناسایی و از این عوامل برای تشویق زنان در جهت انجام غربالگری استفاده شود.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: غربالگری ، <a href="http://jmums.mazums.ac.ir/search.php?slc_lang=fa&sid=1&key=%D8%A8%D8%A7%D9%88%D8%B1%D9%87%D8%A7%DB%8C+%D8%A8%D9%87%D8%AF%D8%A7%D8%B4%D8%AA%DB%8C">باورهای بهداشتی</a>، <a href="http://jmums.mazums.ac.ir/search.php?slc_lang=fa&sid=1&key=%D8%B3%D8%B1%D8%B7%D8%A7%D9%86+%D9%BE%D8%B3%D8%AA%D8%A7%D9%86">سرطان پستان</a><o:p /> Background and Objective: Breast cancer is the most common cancer among females. Early detection by screening programs is a useful approach to controlling the disease. The purpose of this study was to assess the health beliefs in breast self-examination, mammography and clinical breast examination among females referring to Bonab health centers.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: It was a cross- sectional study. The participants were recruited from 5 health centers of Bonan by Convenience sampling (n=250). Data was collected by Champion’s Health Belief Model Scale and analyzed using SPSS-PC (v.13).<o:p /> Results: The results showed that 76.8% of the participants believed in the benefits of mammography and 66.4% of them the clinical examination. About 65.2% of participants had poor health beliefs about efficacy of Breast Self-Examination. 94% of participants believed that mammography reduce the risk of death due to breast cancer.<o:p /> Conclusion : Despite good health beliefs in some fields, rates of breast cancer screening are low, therefore it is recommended to know the factors that play a role in increasing the acceptance of breast cancer screening methods and used them to encourage women to have screening.<o:p /> Key words: Screening, Health Believes, Cancer<o:p />   Funding: This research was funded by Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences.<o:p /> Conflict of interest: None declared.<o:p /> Ethical approval: The Ethics Committee of Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences approved the study.<o:p />   How to cite this article: Hassanzadeh R, Rahimi R, Ranjbar M, Heidarzadeh M.
