fa پروفایل آشفتگی روانشناختی مادران و افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس نوجوانان شهر اردبیل در سال 1393 The Psychological Distress Profile of Mothers and Adolescents´ Depression, Anxiety and Stress in Ardabil in 2014 روانپزشكي روانپزشكي پژوهشي Research  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style='position:absoluteleft:0text-align:left margin-left:5.45ptmargin-top:2.2ptwidth:449.5ptheight:410.7ptz-index:-1' arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"/> </v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="550" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: نوجوانی یکی از حساس‌ترین دوره‌های زندگی هر فرد است و اختلالات روانشناختی مادر نقش کلیدی در چگونگی تحول عاطفی این دوره ایفا می‌کند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی ارتباط پروفایل آشفتگی روانشناختی مادران با افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس نوجوانان می‌باشد.<o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی، 200 دانش‌آموز دختر و پسر مشغول به تحصیل در مدارس متوسطه اردبیل در سال‌ تحصیلی 1393-1392 با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب و به همراه مادرانشان (200=n) به ترتیب به پرسشنامه‌های افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس (DASS-42) و مقیاس افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس (DASS-21) پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها با آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون خطی چندگانه تجزیه و تحلیل شد.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد بین آشفتگی روانشناختی (افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس) مادران با اختلالات افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس فرزندان آنها رابطه مثبت معنی‌داری وجود دارد (001/0>p) و بیشترین ضریب همبستگی نیز مربوط به رابطه اضطراب مادر با اضطراب فرزند است (46/0=r). نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون خطی نیز نشان داد که مدل پیش‌بینی اختلالات افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس فرزندان بر اساس آشفتگی روانشناختی مادران معنی‌دار بوده (001/0>p) و 16% از واریانس افسردگی نوجوانان، 25% واریانس اضطراب نوجوانان و 20% واریانس استرس نوجوانان با آشفتگی روانشناختی مادران بیان می‌شود. <o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر از ارتباط آشفتگی روانشناختی مادران با افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس نوجوانان حمایت می‌کند. بنابراین توجه به وضعیت روانشناختی مادران می‌تواند در پیشگیری از اختلالات روانشناختی نوجوانان حائز اهمیت بهداشتی باشد.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: آشفتگی روانشناختی، مادر، افسردگی، اضطراب، استرس، نوجوانان<o:p /> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify line-height: 150% background-image: initial background-attachment: initial background-origin: initial background-clip: initial background-color: white direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed background-position: initial initial background-repeat: initial initial ">Background and Objective: Adolescence is one of the most sensitive periods in every one’s life in which the psychological disorders of mothers play a significant role in its emotional development state. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of mother’s psychological distress with depression, anxiety and stress in adolescents.<o:p /> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify line-height: 150% background-image: initial background-attachment: initial background-origin: initial background-clip: initial background-color: white direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed background-position: initial initial background-repeat: initial initial ">Materials and Methods: In this descriptive study, 200 girls and boys studying in high schools of Ardabil in academic year of 2013-2014 and their <span style="background-image: initial background-attachment: initial background-origin: initial background-clip: initial background-color: white background-position: initial initial background-repeat: initial initial ">mothers (n=200) were selected by multistage cluster random sampling, and the <span style="background-image: initial background-attachment: initial background-origin: initial background-clip: initial background-color: white background-position: initial initial background-repeat: initial initial ">adolescents responded to Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS-42) and the <span style="background-image: initial background-attachment: initial background-origin: initial background-clip: initial background-color: white background-position: initial initial background-repeat: initial initial ">mothers responded to Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS-21). Data were analyzed by Pearson’s correlation coefficient test and multiple linear regression analysis.<o:p /> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify line-height: 150% background-image: initial background-attachment: initial background-origin: initial background-clip: initial background-color: white direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed background-position: initial initial background-repeat: initial initial ">Results: Results showed that there is a positive significant correlation among the mother’s psychological distress (depression, anxiety and stress) with their adolescents’ depression, anxiety and stress disorders (p<0.001), and the<span style="background-image: initial background-attachment: initial background-origin: initial background-clip: initial background-color: white background-position: initial initial background-repeat: initial initial "> most correlation coefficient was referred to the relationship between mother anxiety and adolescent anxiety (r=0.46). Linear regression analysis results also showed that the model of predicting adolescents depression, anxiety and stress based on the mothers’ psychological distress is significant (p<0.001) and 16% of the variance of adolescents depression, 25% of their anxiety and 20% of their stress can be explained by mothers’ psychological distress. <o:p /> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify line-height: 150% background-image: initial background-attachment: initial background-origin: initial background-clip: initial background-color: white direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed background-position: initial initial background-repeat: initial initial ">Conclusion: These results support of the relationship between mothers’ psychological distress and their adolescent’s depression, anxiety and stress.
