fa بررسی موقعیت افقی فورامن منتال نسبت به پرمولرهای مندیبل در رادیوگرافی پانورامیک در شهر رفسنجان در سال 1393 دندان پزشكي دندان پزشكي توصيفي Description <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:2.85pt;"><img alt="AWT IMAGE" height="497" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" width="602" ><strong>چکیده</strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:2.85pt;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> دانستن محل فورامن منتال برای جراحان دهان و دندان و همچنین کاربردهای معمول دندانپزشکی مانند بی‌حسی موضعی اهمیت دارد. با توجه به اهمیت موقعیت این ساختار آناتومیک و از سوی دیگر تنوع موقعیت آن در نژادهای مختلف، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی موقعیت افقی فورامن منتال نسبت به پرمولرهای مندیبل در رادیوگرافی پانورامیک در شهر رفسنجان طراحی گردید.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:2.85pt;"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> در این مطالعه توصیفی - مقطعی تعداد 152 بیمار مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک خصوصی رادیولوژی دهان، فک و صورت در شهر رفسنجان که معیارهای ورود به مطالعه را داشتند و جهت انجام کار دندانپزشکی نیاز به رادیوگرافی‌های پانورامیک داشتند، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند<span dir="LTR">.</span> موقعیت افقی فورامن منتال نسبت به پرمولرهای اول و دوم مندیبل بررسی شد و نتایج در چک‌لیست ضمیمه ثبت گردید. از آزمون مجذور کای و یا در صورت لزوم از آزمون دقیق فیشر جهت بررسی‌های آماری استفاده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:2.85pt;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> رادیوگرافی پانورامیک 76 مرد و 76 زن بررسی شد. ناحیه بین پرمولر اول و دوم با 44% فراوانی، شایع‌ترین محل برای فورامن منتال در رادیوگرافی پانورامیک بود. همچنین یافته‌های مطالعه حاضر، همسو با مطالعات پیشین عدم تأثیر سن و جنس را بر موقعیت فورامن منتال مشخص نمود (05/0<<span dir="LTR">P</span>).</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:2.85pt;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> شایع‌ترین موقعیت افقی فورامن منتال در نژاد ایرانی در شهر رفسنجان، ناحیه بین دندان‌های پرمولر اول و دوم بوده و پس از آن زیر دندان پرمولر دوم فراوان‌ترین محل قرار‌گیری است.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:2.85pt;"><strong>واژه‌های کلیدی: </strong>فورامن منتال، رادیوگرافی پانورامیک، مندیبل</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Background and Objectives</strong>: knowledge of the position of the mental foramen is important in administering local anesthesia for routine dental procedures and in performing surgery in the mandible. Because of this anatomical structures importance on one hand and the variations seen in its position in different ethnic groups on the other, this study was designed to evaluate its horizontal position of mental foramen in relation to mandibular premolars in panoramic radiographs in Rafsauyaucity</p> <p><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In this descriptive cross-sectional study, the number of 152 patients referred to the private maxillofacial radiology center of Rafsanjan, who had the inclusion criteria and needed for dental panoramic radiographs, were examined. Horizontal position of mental foramen was evaluated in relation to mandibular first and second premolar and results were recorded in the attached checklist. Then, Chi-square and Fisher&rsquo;s exact tests were used for statistical analysis.</p> <p><strong>Results: </strong>Panoramic radiographs of 76 male and 76 female were assessed. The most frequent position for the mental foramen was between the first and second mandibular premolars with an approximate frequency of 44%.
