fa الگوی مقاومت آنتی‌بیوتیکی سویه‌های اوروپاتوژنیک اشریشیاکلی در شهرستان خرم‌‌‌آباد سال انجام مطالعه 1392-1391: یک گزارش کوتاه Antibiotic Resistance Pattern of Uropathogenic Strains of E.coli in Khorram-Abad City during 2012-2013: A Short Report ميكروبيولوژي Microbiology گزارش كوتاه Short Report  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style='position:absoluteleft:0text-align:left margin-left:5.45ptmargin-top:-.1ptwidth:449.5ptheight:329.8ptz-index:-1' arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"/> </v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="442" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: عفونت مجرای ادراری یکی از شایعترین عفونت‌های بیمارستانی با الگوی مقاومت آنتی‌بیوتیکی متفاوت می‌باشد. این تحقیق با هدف بررسی میزان حساسیت و مقاومت سویه‌های اوروپاتوژنیک اشریشیا‌کلی که از مراجعین به آزمایشگاه‌های تشخیص طبی خصوصی در شهر خرم‌آباد جدا گردیده بود، انجام شد.<o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه آزمایشگاهی بر روی253 سویه ادراری انجام شد. پس از تعیین هویت سویه‌ها با آزمون‌های استاندارد بیوشیمیایی، ارزیابی حساسیت میکروبی سویهها با آزمایش کربی- بوئر (روش انتشار دیسک) طبق موسسه استانداردهای آزمایشگاهی و بالینی (Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute, CLSI) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: بالاترین میزان مقاومت سویه‌ها متعلق به کوتریماکسازول (26/61%)، آمپی‌سیلین (57/52%)، سفالکسین (01/49%)، نالیدیکسیک‌اسید (26/44%) بود. از سوی دیگر بیشترین حساسیت آنتی‌بیوتیکی‌ مربوط به نیتروفورانتوئین (79/83%)، آمیکاسین (05/79%)، انروفلوکساسین (77/68%) و سیپروفلوکساسین (61/65%) بود.<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه پیشنهاد می‌شود از نیتروفورانتوئین و آمیکاسین به عنوان اولین آنتی‌بیوتیک‌ها برای درمان عفونت‌های ناشی از اشریشیاکلی اوروپاتوژنیک استفاده شود و از مصرف آمپی‌سیلین و کوتریماکسازول اجتناب گردد.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: عفونت‌های ادراری، اشریشیاکلی، مقاومت آنتی‌بیوتیکی<o:p /> Background and objectives: Urinary tract infection is one of the most nosocomial infections with different antibiotic resistance pattern. This study was aimed to investigate the pattern of susceptibility and resistance of uropathogenic E. coli strains that had been isolated from those who referred to the private laboratories in Khorram-Abad city.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: This empirical study was conducted on 253 urinary strains. After identification of the strains. by standard biochemical tests, the pattern of the susceptibility of bacterial strains was investigated by Kirby - Bauer Disk Diffusion Susceptibility Test according to Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute,( CLSI).<o:p /> Results: The most resistant strains were for co-trimoxazole (61.26%), ampicillin (52.57%), cephalexin (49.01%), nalidixic acid (44.26%), respectively. On the other hand, the most sensitive to antibiotics were nitrofurantoin (83.79%), amikacin (79.05%), enrofloxacin (68.77%) and ciprofloxacin (65.61%), respectively.<o:p /> Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is suggested using nitrofurantoin and amikacin as the first antibiotics for the treatment of uropathogenic E.coli infections and co-trimoxazole and ampicillin should be avoided.<o:p /> Key words: Antibiotic resistance, E.coli, Urinary infections.<o:p />   Funding: This project was financially supported by the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Lorestan. <o:p /> Conflict of interest: None declared.<o:p /> Ethical approval: The Ethics Committee of the University of Lorestan approved the study.<o:p />   How to cite this article: Shams N, Zainab Sh, Mohamad N, Khatoun Sh.
