fa بررسی سلامت اجتماعی کودکان کار مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مردم ‏نهاد حمایت از حقوق کودکان تهران‏ در سال 1393 پزشکی اجتماعی Community Medicine پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:2.85pt;"><strong>چکیده</strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:2.85pt;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> سلامت فرد، پایه و بنیان سلامت جامعه است و سلامت افراد جامعه از شاخص‌های مهم توسعه به حساب می&rlm;آید. با در نظر گرفتن این نکته که سلامت کودکان یکی از اولویت&rlm;های اصلی در همه کشورها می‌باشد و امروزه سلامت اجتماعی از مسائل مهم و مطرح در پرداختن به موضوع سلامت است، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی سلامت اجتماعی کودکان کار مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مردم&rlm;نهاد حمایت از حقوق کودکان تهران انجام شده است.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:2.85pt;"><strong>مواد و روش&rlm;ها</strong>: در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی، 105 کودک کار 13 تا 18 ساله مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی ایرانیان (ایلیا)، خانه کودک ناصر خسرو، خانه کودک شوش، مرکز همه کودکان مولوی و خانه علم&nbsp; شهر تهران در سال&nbsp;1393 به روش تمام شماری انتخاب شدند. جهت بررسی سلامت اجتماعی از پرسش نامه بهزیستی اجتماعی <span dir="LTR">Kyes</span> و جهت بررسی اطلاعات دموگرافیک از پرسش‌نامه استفاده گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده&rlm;ها روش&rlm;های آمار توصیفی و آزمون&rlm;های <span dir="LTR">t</span> در حالت استقلال دو گروه و همبستگی پیرسون بکار گرفته شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:2.85pt;"><strong>یافته&rlm; ها</strong><strong>:</strong> سلامت اجتماعی کودکان کار با میانگین 86/10&plusmn;44/54 در حد متوسط بود. کمترین و بیشترین امتیاز به ترتیب در حیطه مشارکت اجتماعی (46/3&plusmn;67/8) و حیطه پذیرش اجتماعی (02/2&plusmn;47/13) به&rlm; دست آمد. بین سلامت اجتماعی با متغیرهای ملیت (001/0><span dir="LTR">p</span>)، وضعیت تحصیلی (001/0><span dir="LTR">p</span>) و درآمد (032/0=<span dir="LTR">p</span>) ارتباط معنی&rlm;داری مشاهده گردید ولی با متغیرهای جنسیت (104/0=<span dir="LTR">p</span>)، وضعیت اسکان (208/0=<span dir="LTR">p</span>) و سن (230/0=<span dir="LTR">p</span>) ارتباط معنی&rlm;داری مشاهده نشد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:2.85pt;"><strong>نتیجه&rlm; گیری:</strong> نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد سلامت اجتماعی کودکان کار از وضعیت مطلوبی برخوردار نیست. بنابراین ارتقای سلامت اجتماعی و شناسایی و حذف عوامل مؤثر بر پدیده کار کودکان، تلاش مشترک کلیه سطوح جامعه را می&rlm;طلبد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:2.85pt;"><strong>واژه‌های کلیدی</strong>: سلامت اجتماعی، کودکان کار، مراکز مردم &rlm;نهاد، حقوق کودکان</p> <div align="right" style="direction: ltr"> <p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Background and objectives</strong>: Every individual&#39s health is the basic foundation for the community health, and public health is considered as one of the important indicators of development. Considering the fact that children&#39s health is one of the key priorities in all countries and today social health is one of the important issues raised in addressing the issue of health. this study is designed to investigate the labour children&#39s social health referring to NGO (Non-Govermental Organization) centers in support of children&#39s rights in Tehran.</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>In this descriptive cross-sectional study105 children between 13 to 18 years old referring to the promotion of quality of life centers of Iranian (Ilya),NaserKhosrow&#39s house of children&#39s support, Shoush house of children&#39s support, Molavi&#39s children support center, and the house of Elm in the city of Tehran in 2014 Were selected by census method. In order to evaluate social health, Kyes questionnaire and for demographic information a checklist was used. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient and independent sample t-test.</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Results:</strong> The results showed that social health of children with the mean of 54.44 &plusmn;10.86 was in an average level. The minimum and maximum scores obtained for social participation and social acceptance, respectivly. There was a significant&nbsp; relationship between the social health and the variables of nationality (p<0.001), educational status (p<0<span dir="RTL">.</span>001) and income (p=0<span dir="RTL">.</span>032),but there was no significant relationship between the social health and the variables of sex (p=0.104), accommodation (p=0.208) and age (p=0.230).</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> the results of this study revealed that social health of labour children is not desirable.
