fa بررسی نگرش دانشجویان دانشکده بهداشت زاهدان نسبت به رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی در سال 1394 بهداشت Environmental Health كاربردي Applicable <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:18.7pt;"><strong>چکیده</strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:18.7pt;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> نگرش مثبت به آینده شغلی و رشته تحصیلی در بین دانشجویان یکی از عوامل مهم در موفقیت دانشجویان می‌باشد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین نگرش دانشجویان دانشکده بهداشت زاهدان نسبت به رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی خود انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:18.7pt;"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها</strong>: در این مطالعه مقطعی که در سال 1394 در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان انجام شد، تعداد 160 نفر از دانشجویان مشغول به تحصیل در دانشکده بهداشت به‌طور تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه استاندارد نگرش و آینده شغلی بود. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های <span dir="LTR">t</span> مستقل و تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه استفاده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:18.7pt;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> از میان 160 نفر فرد شرکت‌کننده در این مطالعه، 107 نفر (9/66 درصد) مؤنث و 133 نفر (1/83 درصد) مجرد بودند. همچنین میانگین و انحراف معیار سن دانشجویان 42/2&plusmn;71/22 سال بود. نمره نگرش دانشجویان 15/6&plusmn;14/27 با دامنه 40-9 و نمره آینده شغلی 71/3&plusmn;78/19 با دامنه 28-7 بالاتر از میانگین استاندارد بود. نتایج آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه نشان داد تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری بین میانگین نمره آینده شغلی در رشته‌های آموزشی دانشکده بهداشت وجود دارد (048/0<span dir="LTR">p=</span>). آینده شغلی از عوامل منفی در نگرش دانشجویان نسبت به رشته بهداشت بود. از جمله عوامل منفی مرتبط با نگرش دانشجویان نسبت به آینده شغلی می‌توان به مزایای حقوقی و افزایش پذیرش دانشجو اشاره کرد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:18.7pt;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: نتایج مطالعه حاضر حاکی از علاقه‌مندی دانشجویان به رشته تحصیلی‌شان بود؛ اما برخی عوامل موجب کاهش نگرش مثبت دانشجویان نسبت به رشته و آینده شغلی می‌شود که نیاز است تا مدیران نظام سلامت توجه ویژه‌ای به این نگرانی داشته باشند و از طریق راه‌کارهای مختلف از جمله تضمین کار دانشجویان این رشته موجب ارتقاء رضایت این افراد شوند.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:16.75pt;"><strong>واژه‌های کلیدی</strong>: نگرش، دانشجویان، دانشکده بهداشت، زاهدان</p> <p><strong>Background and Objective: </strong>Positive attitude&nbsp;to career&nbsp;and academic discipline&nbsp;among students is an important factor&nbsp;in academic success of students.&nbsp;This&nbsp;study aimed to determine&nbsp;the attitudes of&nbsp;Zahedan Health School students toward their discipline and job prospect.</p> <p><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> <strong>This </strong>cross-sectional study&nbsp;was conducted in Zahedan Medical&nbsp;Sciences University in 2015. About 160 students of&nbsp;School of Public Health&nbsp;were selected using stratified random sampling.&nbsp;The data&nbsp;collection instrument was the standard questionnaire of job future and prospect and t-test and&nbsp;one way ANOVA&nbsp;were used for data analysis.</p> <p><strong>Results:&nbsp;</strong> Among the total number of students, 107&nbsp; (66.9%)&nbsp;were female&nbsp;and 133 (83.1%) single.&nbsp; The results indicated that the mean age of the students was 22.71&plusmn;2.42 years. The students&#39; attitudes&nbsp;mean was 27.14 &plusmn; 6.15 with the range of 9-40 and job prospect&nbsp;19.78 &plusmn; 3.71with the range of 7-28 which were higher than the standard mean.&nbsp;One way ANOVA&nbsp; test results showed that there was an statistical association between the average score of job prospect among disciplines in School of Health (P=0.048). Job prospect was a negative factor in students&#39; attitudes toward the health field.&nbsp;Moreover, salary and an increase in student admission were the negative affecting factors related to the students&rsquo; attitudes.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The study showed the students&rsquo; interest to their field of study.
