fa عوامل تسهیل‌کننده کاربرد درمان‌های مکمل در پرستاری بالینی: آنالیز محتوای کیفی پرستاري Nursing پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:18.75pt;"><strong>چکیده</strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:18.75pt;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> در راستای پاسخ به نیاز جامعه، لازم است پرسنل پرستاری در عملکرد حرفه‌ای خود از درمان‌های مکمل استفاده نمایند. در این زمینه تسهیل‌کننده‌های موجود در عرصه‌های بالینی مختلف، متفاوت بوده و شناسایی آنها مهم و ضروری است. لذا این مطالعه با هدف تبیین ادراک پرستاران بالینی در رابطه با عوامل تسهیل‌کننده کاربرد درمان‌های مکمل در پرستاری بالینی طراحی شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:18.75pt;"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> این مطالعه کیفی، که از نوع تحلیل محتوای قراردادی است، در فاصله تیرماه 93 تا تیر 94 در شهرهای اصفهان و کاشان انجام شد. نمونه‌گیری به روش مبتنی بر هدف انجام و تا رسیدن به اشباع داده‌ها ادامه یافت. جهت دسترسی به نمونه‌های واجد شرایط از روش گلوله برفی استفاده شد. با 16 پرستار دارای تجربه غنی و 2 پزشک مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته عمیق انجام شد. داده‌ها، هم‌زمان با جمع‌آوری، به روش تحلیل محتوای قراردادی آنالیز شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:18.75pt;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> در رابطه با هدف پژوهش، 9 طبقه اصلی شامل &quot;همکاری مددجو&quot;، &quot;برخورداری پرستار از مهارت فنی و قدرت قانونی&quot;، &quot;همکاری پرستاران&quot;، &quot;همسویی متخصصین&quot;، &quot;مدیر پرستاری، تلنگرزن هوشمند&quot;، &quot;سازماندهی، هدایت و نظارت مدیر پرستاری&quot;، &quot;راهبردهای فعال&quot;، &quot;راهبردهای منفعلانه&quot; و &quot;موفقیت نسبی در کنترل مشکل&quot; استخراج شد که از آنها 4 مضمون &quot;همگامی مددجو و پرستار&quot;، &quot;همکاران حامی&quot;، &quot;هوشمندی مدیر پرستاری&quot; و &quot;راهبردهای موقعیتی اثربخش&quot; انتزاع گردید.</p> <h3 dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> همکاری مددجو، برخورداری پرستار از مهارت و قدرت و اختیار، بهره‌گیری وی از راهبردهای موقعیتی در مواجهه با مشکلات اجرایی، و حمایت همکاران و پزشکان و مدیران پرستاری سبب می‌شود پرستاران راحت‌تر در عملکرد حرفه‌ای خود در امر مراقبت از مددجویان، از درمان‌های مکمل استفاده نمایند. آگاهی از این یافته‌ها، جهت ارائه راهکارهای مناسب به‌منظور عملیاتی نمودن برنامه‌های تلفیق درمان‌های مکمل با عملکرد پرستاری، می‌تواند دست‌اندرکاران و برنامه‌ریزان را یاری ‌دهد.</h3> <p dir="rtl"><strong><span dir="RTL">واژه‌های کلیدی:</span></strong> <span dir="RTL">پرستاری، تحقیق کیفی، تسهیل‌کننده‌ها، درمان‌های مکمل</span></p> <p><strong>Background and Objectives:</strong> In response to the community need, it is necessary for nursing staff to use complementary therapies in their professional performance. The related facilitators in various clinical settings are different and the exploration of these factors are essential and important. So, this study was designed to assess clinical nurses&#39; perceptions about the facilitators of using complementary therapies in clinical nursing.</p> <p><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This qualitative content analysis study was done from June 2014 to July 2015 in Kashan and Isfahan cities. Sampling was done purposively and ended after reaching data saturation. The snowball sampling was used to access the eligible samples. In-depth and Semi-structured interviews were done with sixteen nurses and two physicians who had rich experience. Concurrently with data collection, the data were analyzed via the conventional content analysis approach.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> In relation to the research objective, the study participants&rsquo; perceptions fell into nine main categories of &lsquo;client collaboration&rsquo;; &lsquo;the nurse&#39;s technical expertise and legal authority&rsquo;; &lsquo;the peers collaboration&#39;; &lsquo;compatible specialists&#39;; &lsquo;nursing manager-intelligent stimulator&rsquo;; &#39;organizing, directing and supervising by nursing manager&#39;; &lsquo;active strategies&#39;; &lsquo;passive strategies&#39;, and &lsquo;partial achievement in problem management&rsquo; from which, the four main themes of &lsquo;supportive co-workers&#39;, &lsquo;the nurse and client Synchronization&#39;, &lsquo;intelligent nursing manager&#39;,and &lsquo;effectives situational strategies &#39; were abstracted.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Client collaboration, nurse&#39;s technical expertise and legal authority, using situational strategies in operational problems management, and the support provided by peers,physicians,and nursing managers cause the nurses to use complementary therapies in care plan easierly.
