fa بررسی دیدگاه سوپروایزرها و منشی‌های اتاق عمل بیمارستان‌های آموزشی کرمان در رابطه با حداقل مجموعه داده‌های طراحی‌شده سیستم اطلاعات مدیریت اتاق عمل در سال 1395: یک گزارش کوتاه مديريت و اطلاع رساني پزشكي مديريت و اطلاع رساني پزشكي پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:18.7pt;"><img alt="AWT IMAGE" height="401" src="file:///C:/Users/pc/AppData/Local/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" width="602" ><strong>چکیده</strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:18.7pt;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> حداقل مجموعه داده‌ها <span dir="LTR">(Minimum data set; MDS)</span> ابزار مهم گردآوری داده‌های استاندارد در سیستم اطلاعات مدیریت اتاق عمل است. پژوهش حاضر جهت بررسی دیدگاه منشی‌ها و پرسنل اتاق عمل بیمارستان‌های آموزشی کرمان در رابطه با <span dir="LTR">MDS</span> طراحی‌شده برای سیستم اطلاعات مدیریت اتاق عمل صورت گرفت.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:18.7pt;"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> در این مطالعه مقطعی، <span dir="LTR">MDS</span> سیستم با بررسی سیستم‌ها، اسناد و مطالعات مرتبط طراحی گردید. سپس با پرسشنامه، دیدگاه سوپروایزرها و منشی‌های اتاق‌های عمل بیمارستان‌های آموزشی کرمان، در ارتباط با <span dir="LTR">MDS</span> طراحی‌شده گردآوری شد<span dir="LTR">.</span> پس از تعیین روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه، داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون مجذور کای تحلیل شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:18.7pt;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> در کل 94 درصد جامعه پژوهش با کلیه <span dir="LTR">MDS</span>های معرفی‌شده موافق بودند. تمامی شرکت‌کنندگان با <span dir="LTR">MDS</span>های معرفی‌شده برای داده‌های هویتی، پذیرش، جراحی و بیهوشی بیماران اتاق عمل و همچنین بیش از 85 درصد افراد با وجود سایر <span dir="LTR">MDS</span>ها موافق بودند.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:18.7pt;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>توافق بالای پرسنل اتاق عمل با <span dir="LTR">MDS</span>های معرفی‌شده، بیانگر ضرورت وجود یک سیستم اطلاعاتی منسجم با <span dir="LTR">MDS</span> استاندارد جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها برای مدیریت اتاق عمل می‌باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:18.7pt;"><strong>واژه‌های کلیدی: </strong>حداقل مجموعه داده، سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی، مدیریت، سیستم اطلاعات جراحی، کرمان</p> <p><strong>Background and Objective: </strong>Minimum Data Set (MDS) is an important tool for collecting standard data in the information system for management of operating room. This study was conducted to investigate the viewpoints of the operating rooms personnel in Kerman teaching hospitals about the designed MDS of information system for management of operating room.</p> <p><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In this cross-sectional study the MDS of&nbsp;the system&nbsp;was designed through reviewing information systems, relevant documents, and studies. To finalize the primary MDS the viewpoints of supervisors and secretaries of the operating rooms in Kerman teaching hospitals were sought using questionnaires. After determining the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, data were analyzed using chi-square.</p> <p><strong>Results: </strong>Overall, 94% of the research population in this study agreed with all determined MDSs. All participants agreed with MDSs concerning identification, admission, operation and anesthesia data of patients admitted to operating room.
