fa ارزیابی دقت رادیوگرافی بایت‌وینگ دیجیتال (CMOS) در سنجش تحلیل استخوان آلوئولار بین‌دندانی در دندان‌های خلفی راديولوژي Radiology پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:18.7pt;"><img alt="AWT IMAGE" height="486" src="file:///C:/Users/pc/AppData/Local/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" width="602" ><strong>چکیده</strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:18.7pt;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> با توجه به اینکه معاینات رادیوگرافیک در تعیین طرح درمان بیماران با مشکلات پریودنتالی نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای دارند، لذا این مطالعه با هدف تعیین دقت رادیوگرافی بایت‌وینگ دیجیتال <span dir="LTR">(CMOS)</span> در سنجش میزان تحلیل استخوان آلوئول بین‌دندانی در دندان&shy;های خلفی انجام شده است.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:18.7pt;"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> در این مطالعه مقطعی، تعداد 61 دندان از 16 بیمار مراجعه&shy;کننده به بخش پریودنتیکس دانشکده دندان‌پزشکی رفسنجان که دارای بیماری پریودنتیت بودند، به‌طور در دسترس انتخاب شدند. بیماران توسط متخصص پریودنتیکس تحت معاینه و پروبینگ قرار گرفتند و فاصله <span dir="LTR">CEJ (Cemento-Enamel Junction)</span> تا کرست استخوان آلوئول، در سطح مزیال و دیستال دندان&shy;های چهار، پنج و شش با پروب مدرج ویلیامز با دقت یک میلی&shy;متر، اندازه&shy;گیری گردید. سپس از بیماران، رادیوگرافی بایت‌وینگ دیجیتال تهیه شد و فاصله فوق&shy;الذک<a name="_GoBack"></a>ر با استفاده از برنامه نرم‌افزاری آنالیز خطی <span dir="LTR">CMOS</span> توسط یک رادیولوژیست دهان، فک و صورت اندازه&shy;گیری شد. داده&shy;ها با استفاده از آزمون آماری <em><span dir="LTR">t</span></em> زوجی و رگرسیون خطی ساده آنالیز شدند.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:18.7pt;"><strong>یافته&shy;ها</strong>: نتایج نشان داد میانگین تحلیل استخوان (میلی&shy;متر) در رادیوگرافی <span dir="LTR">CMOS</span> به‌طور معنی&shy;داری کمتر از معاینه بالینی است <span dir="LTR">)</span>001/0<span dir="LTR">(p<</span>. با مدل رگرسیون خطی ساده می‌توان میانگین تحلیل استخوان در معاینه بالینی را از روی میزان تحلیل استخوان در رادیوگرافی <span dir="LTR">CMOS</span> با دقت بیش از 99 درصد پیش‌بینی نمود.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:18.7pt;"><strong>نتیجه&shy;گیری</strong>: رادیوگرافی <span dir="LTR">CMOS</span>، میزان تحلیل استخوان آلوئول بین‌دندانی در دندان‌های خلفی را کمتر از میزان اندازه‌گیری‌شده در معاینه بالینی نشان می&shy;دهد، اما با استفاده از مقادیر اندازه‌گیری‌شده بر روی رادیوگرافی <span dir="LTR">CMOS</span>، می‌توان با دقت بسیار بالایی (بیش از 99 درصد)، عمق پروب را پیش‌بینی نمود. به‌نظر می‌رسد که از این رادیوگرافی می‌توان در اندازه‌گیری میزان تحلیل استخوان آلوئولار بین‌دندانی در دندان‌های خلفی در بالین بیمار استفاده نمود.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:18.7pt;"><strong>واژه&shy;های کلیدی</strong>: تحلیل استخوان، رادیوگرافی بایت‌وینگ دیجیتال <span dir="LTR">(CMOS)</span>، پروبینگ، رفسنجان</p> <p><strong>Background and Objective</strong>Radiographic examination has an important role in diagnosis and treatment of periodontal patients, so this study was performed to determine the accuracy of digital bite wing (CMOS) radiography in alveolar bone resorption.</p> <p><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This cross-sectional study was performed on 61 teeth of 16 periodontal patients referred to the periodontoloy department of Rafsanjan Faculty of Dentistry. The patients were selected using available sampling. The patients were examined by a periodontist and the distance of Cemento Enamel Junction (CEJ) to the alveolar crest, after injection if needed, was measured by William&rsquo;s periodontal probe with accuracy of 1 mm, in mesial and distal surfaces of the premolars and first molars. Then digital bite wing radiography was taken from the patients and the mentioned distance was determined by CMOS linear software analysis program by an oral radiologist. Data were analyzed using paired t- test and simple linear regression.</p> <ul> <li>The results showed that the mean of alveolar bone resorption (mm) in CMOS radiography is significantly less than clinical examination (p<0.001).
