fa شایع‌ترین اقلام دارویی تجویز شده در نسخ دفاتر درمانی بیمه‌شدگان اداره کل بیمه سلامت استان کرمان در سال 94-1393: یک گزارش کوتاه مديريت و اطلاع رساني پزشكي مديريت و اطلاع رساني پزشكي پژوهشي Research <div><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">چکیده</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">فرهنگ تجویز و مصرف دارو به عنوان یک کالای استرتژیک که نقش اساسی در اقتصاد و سلامت خانواده و جامعه دارد مسئله مهمی است که باید مد نظر سیاست‌گزاران نظام سلامت قرار گیرد. هدف از انجام این مطالعه بررسی وضعیت تجویز اقلام دارویی در نسخ دفاتر درمانی بیمه‌شدگان اداره کل بیمه سلامت استان کرمان در سال 94-1393 بود.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی است<strong> و </strong>جامعه آماری مطالعه شامل تمامی نسخ دارویی بیمه‌شدگان اداره کل بیمه سلامت استان کرمان در سال 94-1393 که توسط داروخانه‌ها به اداره کل ارسال شده را شامل می‌شود. داده‌های موجود در بانک اطلاعات و پردازشگر بیمه سلامت، از استان‌ دریافت و به روش سرشماری و با استفاده از روش‌های آمار توصیفی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">قرص‌های متفورمین 500 میلی‌گرم، لوزارتان 25 میلی‌گرم، آ‌اس‌آ 80 میلی‌گرم، آتورواستاتین 20 میلی‌گرم، متوپرولول 50‌ میلی‌گرم، گلی‌بنکلامید 5 میلی‌گرم، آمیلودیپین 5 میلی‌گرم، نیتروگلیسرین 6/2 میلی‌گرم، مترونیدازول 250 میلی‌گرم و کلسیم‌دی، 10 قلم داروی شایع استان کرمان در هر دو سال 94-1393 بودند. گروه‌های دارویی ضد فشارخون، مسکن‌ها، ضد دیابت، آنتی‌بیوتیک، ویتامین، کاهنده چربی خون، ضد افسردگی، وازودیلاتور، ضد تشنج و آنتی‌اسید، 10 گروه شایع استان کرمان هستند که در سال‌های 94-1393 در نسخ بیمه‌شدگان بیش از 60 درصد فراوانی داروهای تجویز شده‌ را داشته‌اند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">به نظر می‌رسد کنترل و نظارت تجویز اقلام و گروه‌های دارویی فوق‌الذکر بتواند تأثیر خود را در هزینه‌های دارویی کشور و اقتصاد دارو داشته باشد. </span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">واژه‌های کلیدی: </span></span></span></strong>اقلام دارویی، گروه دارویی، بیمه‌شدگان، بیمه سلامت، استان کرمان</div> <div dir="ltr"></div><div></div> <div> <div> <div id="_com_1" uage="JavaScript">&nbsp;<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Background and Objectives:</strong> The culture of prescribing and taking medicine as a strategic commodity, which plays a fundamental role in the economy and health of the family and society, is an issue of great importance&nbsp; that needs to be considered by the policy makers in the medical system. The purpose of this study was to determine the prescription of drug items in&nbsp; the medical offices prescriptions for the persons insured by Iran Health Insurance Organization in Kerman Province during 2014-2015.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This article was a descriptive study and the statistical population of the study&nbsp; included all drug prescriptions of insured persons in Health Insurance General Directorate of Kerman province in 2014-2015, who&nbsp; were sent to the General Directorate by the pharmacies. Available data in the database and health insurance processor were received from the province and analyzed by descriptive statistics using census method.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Metformin tablets 500 mg, Losartan 25 mg, ASA 80 mg, Atoroastatin 20 mg, Metoprolol 50 mg, Glibenclamide 5 mg, Amiludipine 5 mg, Nitroglycerin 2<span dir="RTL">/</span>6 mg, Metronidazole 250 mg, and Calcium D were the 10 common drug items of the Kerman province in&nbsp; both 2014 and 2015.
