fa تشخیص عفونت‌های باکتریایی؛ روش های سنتی و مولکولی: یک مرور سنتی ميكروبيولوژي Microbiology مقاله مروري Review Article <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">چکیده</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></strong><br> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">به طور سنتی، تشخیص عوامل بیماری&shy;های عفونی بر اساس روش&shy;های معمول یا فنوتیپی است. با توجه به فقدان رشد برخی از عوامل عفونی، این روش&shy;ها برای تشخیص تعدادی از باکتری&shy;ها بسیار دشوار یا غیرممکن است. با ظهور فنون مولکولی، تشخیص عفونت‌های میکروبی تحت تأثیر قرارگرفته است. این مقاله به مزایا و معایب روش&shy;های تشخیصی مولکولی و سنتی در تشخیص میکروارگانیسم‌های بیماری‌زا می‌پردازد. روش&shy;های تشخیصی سنتی مانند روش‌های فنوتیپیک، شیمیایی و ویژگی‌های سرولوژیکی هنوز برای تشخیص بسیاری از بیماری&shy;های عفونی استفاده می‌شود. علاوه بر تشخیص عوامل باکتریایی، روش&shy;های مختلف مولکولی می‌توانند عوامل بیماری&shy;زایی و ژن مقاومت ضد میکروبی را در میزان، حساسیت و دقت بالاتر مورد تشخیص قرار دهند. به</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">&shy;</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نظر می&shy;رسد که روش&shy;های پیشرفته مولکولی می&shy;توانند سبب کاهش زمان تشخیص، میزان مرگ و میر و هزینه&shy;های تشخیص آزمایشگاهی شوند و طول مدت بستری را کوتاه &shy;نمایند. </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">واژه‌های کلیدی:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> تشخیص&shy;، بیماری‌های عفونی، سنتی، مولکولی، روش </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span> <strong>Background and Objectives:</strong> Traditionally, diagnosis of the agents of infectious diseases is based on conventional or phenotypic methods. Due to the lack of growth of some infectious agents, these methods are very difficult or impossible for diagnosis of some bacteria. The advent of molecular techniques has more or less influences on the detection of microbial infections. This article addresses the advantages and disadvantages of diagnostic molecular and conventional methods in detecting pathogenic microorganisms. Traditional diagnostic methods such as phenotypic, chemical and serologic characteristics are still used for detection of infectious diseases. In addition to diagnosing the bacterial agents, varient molecular methods may also detect virulence factors and antimicrobial resistance genes at a higher rate, sensitivity and accuracy.
