fa بررسی دانش و نگرش دانشجویان فنی مهندسی در رابطه با بهداشت و ایمنی غذایی در شهر بابل در سال 1395: یک گزارش کوتاه بهداشت Environmental Health گزارش كوتاه Short Report <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">چکیده</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف</span></span></strong>: <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">سطح آگاهی و نگرش دانشجویان نقش مؤثری در بهبود وضعیت تغذیه&shy;ای و امنیت غذایی دارد، لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین آگاهی و نگرش دانشجویان فنی مهندسی در رابطه با بهداشت و ایمنی غذایی انجام پذیرفت. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> این مطالعه توصیفی با نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، روی 100 نفر از دانشجویان فنی مهندسی شهر بابل در سال 1395 انجام شد.</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش&shy;نامه&shy;ای شامل سه بخش اطلاعات دموگرافیک، آگاهی و نگرش بهداشت و امنیت غذایی استفاده شد. </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">آنالیز داده‌ها از طریق آزمون آماری مجذور کای انجام پذیرفت.</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> در مجموع نتایج نشان داد که 27 درصد دانشجویان آگاهی خوب و 26 درصد نگرش خوبی در خصوص بهداشت و ایمنی غذایی دارند. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> با توجه به</span></span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها، نگرش اکثر دانشجویان در سطح ضعیف و متوسط بوده و پیشنهاد می‌شود کارگاه&shy;های آموزشی و یا واحد درسی بهداشت مواد غذایی برای دانشجویان</span></span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">فنی مهندسی برگزار گردد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">واژه‌های کلیدی:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> آگاهی، نگرش، دانشجویان، ایمنی غذایی، بابل</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:2.0pt;"></span></span> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Background and Objectives:</strong> &nbsp;The level of knowledge and attitude of students has an effective role in improving nutritional status and food security. Therefore, the present study was conducted to determine the knowledge and attitude of engineering and technical sciences students regarding health and safety of food.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This descriptive study was performed on 100 students of engineering and technical sciences in Babol. To collect data, a questionnaire including three sections of demographic information, knowledge and attitude regarding health and food safety was used. Data analysis was performed using chi-square statistical test.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> In general, the results indicated that 27% of students had good knowledge, and 26% had a good attitude towards food safety and health.<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>According to the results, the attitude of most students was weak and moderate.
