fa تأثیر رنگ و نور محیط بر اضطراب بیماران بستری در بخش مراقبت ویژه قلب بیمارستان امام خمینی شهر جیرفت در سال 1397: یک مطالعه مداخله‌ای پرستاري Nursing پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">چکیده</span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">اضطراب بر عملکرد قلب اثرات متفاوتی دارد، روش‌های دارویی و غیر دارویی مختلفی برای کاهش اضطراب وجود دارد. از آن جا که رنگ‌های مختلف و نور محیط می‌توانند تأثیرات متفاوتی بر اضطراب بیماران داشته باشند، هدف این مطالعه تعیین تأثیر رنگ و نور محیط بر کاهش اضطراب بیماران بستری در بخش مراقبت ویژه قلب بیمارستان امام خمینی شهر جیرفت در سال 1397 بود.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">این مطالعه مداخله‌ای در سال 1397 در بخش مراقبت ویژه قلب شهر جیرفت با 4 گروه مداخله و 2 گروه کنترل با 240 شرکت‌کننده برای مقایسه تأثیر رنگ‌های نارنجی و بنفش (گروه‌های مداخله) با آبی تیره (گروه کنترل) همراه با نور خورشید بر اضطراب بیماران انجام شد. بعد از کسب موافقت‌نامه کتبی، شرکت‌کنندگان به‌صورت تصادفی به گروه‌های مداخله و کنترل تقسیم شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش&shy;نامه اضطراب موقعیتی </span></span><span dir="LTR">Spielberger</span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> در دو مرحله زمان بستری و زمان ترخیص برای هر بیمار جمع‌آوری و با آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه، اختلاف معنی‌داری در میانگین نمره اضطراب بیماران بستری در واحد‌های به رنگ بنفش (03/0</span></span><span dir="LTR">p=</span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) و واحد‌های به رنگ بنفش همراه با نور خورشید وجود داشت</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">(01/0</span></span><span dir="LTR">p=</span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">).&nbsp; </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان داد که به‌کارگیری رنگ‌ بنفش و تلفیق رنگ بنفش و نور خورشید در بخش مراقبت ویژه قلب می‌تواند در کاهش اضطراب بیماران مؤثر باشد. بنابراین بهتر است در طراحی بخش مراقبت ویژه قلب به تأثیر رنگ بنفش و نور خورشید توجه شود.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">واژه‌های کلیدی: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">اضطراب، بیماری قلبی، رنگ، محیط</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:1.0pt;"></span></span><br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp; <strong>Background and Objectives:</strong> Anxiety has multiple effects on heart performance; there are various pharmaceutical and non- pharmaceutical methods to reduce anxiety. Since different colors and ambient light have multiple effects on the patients&rsquo; anxiety, this study aimed to determine the impact of color and ambient light on the patients&#39; anxiety in the coronary care unit of Jiroft Imam Khomeini Hospital in 2018.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods</strong>: This experimental study was conducted in the coronary care unit in Jiroft, 2018. Participants (240) were divided into four intervention groups and two control groups. The participants were asked for consent then they were randomly divided into groups of intervention and control to compare the effect of orange, purple (intervention groups) and dark blue with sunlight (control group) on anxiety. Data were collected using the Spielberger situational anxiety questionnaire in two stages of hospitalization and discharging for each patient. Data were analyzed using the analysis of variance.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: According to the results of this study, there was a significant difference in the average score of hospitalized patients&rsquo; anxiety in the purple units (p=0.03) and purple units with sunlight (p=0.01).<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: The findings of this study showed that using purple and the integration of purple and sunlight in the coronary care unit can be useful in reducing patients&#39; anxiety.
