other بررسی اپیدمیولوژیک یک‌ساله عفونت بیمارستانی در مرکز آموزشی درمانی کامکار عرب‌نیای قم در سال1387: (یک گزارش کوتاه) بيماريهاي عفوني و گرمسيري Infectious & Tropical Diseases پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">عفونت‌های بیمارستانی از مهم‌ترین مشکلات بیمارستان‌ها می‌باشند و آگاهی از اپیدمیولوژی آنها می‌تواند در کنترل این عفونت‌ها مؤثر باشد. هدف این مطالعه، بررسی اپیدمیولوژیک یک‌ساله عفونت بیمارستانی در مرکز آموزشی درمانی کامکار عرب‌نیای قم در سال 1387می‌باشد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> این مطالعه توصیفی، به روش سرشماری بر روی 3000 بیمار بستری در سال 1387 انجام شد. اطلاعات به وسیله پرسش‌نامه بیماریابی وزارت بهداشت جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از آزمون مجذور کای تجزیه و تحلیل گردید‌.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">: بررسی نتایج نشان داد، 92 بیمار (06/3%) عفونت بیمارستانی داشتند. شایع‌ترین عفونت بیمارستانی پنومونی و عفونت ادراری بود. اکثر بیماران در </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">ICU</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> بستری بودند و شایع‌ترین جرم، انترو باکتر و استافیلوکوک بود. بیشترین اقدام تهاجمی استفاده شده کاتتر ادراری و وریدی در بیمارانی که از عفونت ادراری و ذات الریه رنج می‌بردند، بود.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> عفونت بیمارستانی شیوع بالایی در بیمارستان مورد بررسی نداشت ولی باید اقدامات پیشگیرانه مخصوصاً در </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">ICU</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> که بیشتر بیماران از آنجا بوده‌اند، صورت گیرد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">واژه‌های کلیدی</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">‌: عفونت بیمارستانی، اپیدمیولوژی، کنترل عفونت</span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span> <strong>Background and Objectives:</strong> Nosocomial infections are among the most important problems in the hospitals and awareness of their epidemiology helps the prevention and control of them. The aim of this study was to determine the epidemiology of one-year nosocomial infections in Kamkar ArabNia Hospital in Qom 2008.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> Census method was used in this descriptive study which was performed on 3000 patients in Kamkar Hospital during one year (2008). Data were collected by questionnaire adapted from Iranin Ministry of Health Deta were analyzed using descriptive statistics.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Ninety two patients (3.06%) suffered from nosocomial infections. The most prevalent causes of nosocomial infections were pneumonia and urinary infections. The majority of cases had been hospitalized in ICU. The most prevalent germ was <em>Entrobacter</em> and <em>Staphylococcus</em>.
